This was my usual pedicure place, but for awhile there they were slacking causing me to venture out and try new places. I decided to come back and give them another try since my 2 partners in crime (my daughters) wanted to tag along and this place has the child's seats. I am one of those parents that make my children pay for "extras" (i.e pedicures and Starbuck....especially when they pick off the polish within 24 hours! I informed the ladies doing their toes that they would be paying themselves and the ladies took very good care of them! I'm not sure if I'll be bringing my girls with me all of the time (since they don't do enough chores to pay for these "extras" all the time) but I will definitely come back and make this my go to pedicure spot for the foreseeable future. read more

I've been going here for years but something has changed in the past two months. New owners? New management? I don't know but the place has gone way down hill. Most of the staff is entirely new. The man who did my dip manicure completely ruined my nails. I've noticed that they aren't as busy as they used to be. I'll never go back. read more

I love coming to this Crown Royal location. It is very conveniently located and has a great atmosphere. I always always always schedule my appointments with Bella. I get a dip manicure and she is the absolute best nail artist I have ever had! Bella is always very quick but is extremely detail oriented and always makes sure each nail looks perfect. I cannot recommend her enough and I will continue to always make an appointment with her. read more

I went in for acrylic remover and a new set. I didn't wait long and my nail technician was friendly. However, my nails came out, much shorter than I requested, the undersides weren't cleaned up, and, like most of these shops, I felt like just another number. my regular nail technician was out of town and I was in a pinch. That's the only reason I went here. If you want an excellent technician, check out Lando. He's on Insta @suprmlyplshd WAY better work! read more

Went and got my normal Royal pedicure that they offer. However the tech when scrubbing my feet scrubbed so much there were several little cuts left on my feet! When I informed them, because the tech wasn't even paying attention to what she was doing, they said oh sorry. 85$ to walk around now with cuts all over my feet. Will not be returning. Had been a loyal customer for 4 years but these last three trips have just been terrible. read more

Every time we come here me and my granddaughters, we always use Bella, she is the best no questions asked. Whatever you Needed items: 2 year tax return with W2, 30 day paystubs, 3 months bank statements, ID/DL, and Social security card. If you are renting bring rental agreement with landlord information. It suffices, location is good for me. I didn't have a terrific experience last time re a quality pedi many months ago, today was a tad better. I don't know... I guess when you have a usual nail place that's your fave, nothing else is the same. Plus I prefer OPI polish and that's still not offered here. And I still tip too much. I wouldn't recommend this establishment for kids. Took mine in as a grad gift and it was awful. Make eye contact, be excited you have a job. Sheesh, didn't even get the 10 minute massage I paid for. Never going back! My kid gets bullied enough as it is. Be ashamed for treating a kid so unkindkly. Very unhappy customer. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

Very unprofessional business, went in to get my nails done and two days later my nails were already chipping due to them not being sealed and cured properly. I went in to get them repainted and all they did was file off the chipped parts making my nails smaller. They refused to repaint them and were in a rush to get me out even though it wasn't busy. The lady couldn't shape my nails properly. On my toes the paint is sticking out and on my nails I still see brush strokes and little bumps. My nails look grown out based on how she painted them. I made an appointment and they did not seem to know either. The experience as a whole was horrible and she kept scratching me during the massage. In addition to all of this when she asked what I wanted and I said French she looked at me like she didn't know how, didn't want to, and made a snarky comment. It was upsetting and disappointing. ZERO STARS!!!!! A refund would be appreciated. read more

So far, 3pm appt and 3:20 before even sitting down, my daughters massage chair doesn't work, we opted to wait until others moved (instead of sitting apart and next to strangers) she wanted the anti-stress mani/pedi 90 minutes @$110 and was told they don't do that (it's on their menu on their site) so she ended up having to get a different one for less time. The glitter polish made her happy... We'll see how this goes and the mani and fill are next.... Daughter was over it and left afer the pedí. I really enjoyed the Jelly pedi and my legs & feet feel so much more hydrated. They made a great call on the Jelly recommendation! I stayed and Jayden did my nails, an entire new set. There was a photo on their site from a year ago and he spent the time to figure out the colors to use (and it wasn't easy)...we ended up with 3 other people also figuring out how to make the color combo. Jayden was very nice and 25 years experience and he took off the crappy set a gal did last week, he LISTENED to how I wanted AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ***HE DID MY NAILS THE WAY I WANTED & DID NOT CHANGE IT!!!!*** ***FABULOUS FABULOUS FABULOUS*** I'd recommend this place based on my 1 time, visiting from out of town, experience. It was so horrible that I needed to share... These were my nails after I left the place on May 25th, 2021. Bad service and expired nail polish because after a week and a half the gel on the bottom tips came off. Also placed a gel clear coat over my fingers and I was shedding for 2 days unable to wash my hands off because it was stuck to my skin. You can see the gel clear coat on this photo. Also the gel on my toes are chipping and they kept the receipt so whatever, couldn't tip for bad service anyways. $85 in case you are wondering. I was made fun of by the manager for not being at their place of business for a few years because when I scheduled my appointment over the phone I was asking for an old employee and he had a field day yelling this information out to the whole place. He kids, teens and women got a kick out of my embarrassment as I started a job a few years ago in the healthcare department and we all know the rules to having nails. On this day, the fish tank was very green and gross, there was no paper towels in either their sink station or the restroom they were sending people to and towels were dropped on the floor and being used on other people as that is unsanitary and wouldn't have been allowed at my first salon job. Because of the expired nail polish, bad service and unsanitary concerns I will be finding a new spot. I am very open in the comments for a new spot. Thank you ! read more

Seems there has been a change in staff. The gentleman who did my fill did not listen when I told him the paint seemed to be chipped and nails looked lumpy. Not sure what happened to Amber... but I will not be back. I spend way too much money to be so unhappy. He literally put only 1 coat of nail polish. No top coat, no nothing read more

Came here but yeah I wouldn't come back. Two nails are bubbly because they're rushing and not drying properly. Polish is uneven on every nail. Some are thicker and one already chipped same day. read more

I wish I could write a better review since the decor is amazing and clean and the manicure and pedicure felt great. The bummer is that my dip nails lasted only 5 days (they usually last at least 2 weeks). I got a lot of compliments during those 5 days, but since I'm paying for a better quality manicure it should last. I'll still give 2 stars bc of the environment and service. read more

I was seated quickly, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. I treated myself to a gel pedicure and a builder gel manicure. The salon hd a relaxing atmosphere, and I appreciated that I never felt rushed. Unfortunately, the quality of my manicure didn't quite meet my experience. My guilder gel wasn't as smooth was I had hoped and had a few noticeable bumps, and the gel polish started chipping after three days, which was disappointing considering the service. I spent $150 for both services. I'm willing to give them another chance because everyone was so kind and welcoming, and I'm hopeful my next visit will have a better outcome.

I went in for a full set and wanted them short. I was told I was going to be charged $55 and once she seen how short they were going to be she said since you're getting "baby nails" I'll only charge you 50. I'm a nailbiter so I know that my nails needed to be short. One of the other workers was walking by and looked at my nails made a comment and they started giggling while continuing to look at my nails, but I didn't understand what they were saying. When my nails were done, I looked at them and they looks like they were barely hanging on, they looked lifted, they looked like they were detaching from my finger. She said they are straight. when I told her they were not, she said yes they were. I went to pay. She hovered over to make sure I left a tip, I didn't want to leave a tip. She was literally telling me what to push while paying and didn't give me a receipt, even though I asked, The entire experience was incredibly uncomfortable. read more

this nail salon is very good, Bella did my nails very amazing I'm so pleased with it. I really recommend going there for Bella so is so amazing with nails I can't even stop looking at them. they have nice staffs they treat you with very good respect especially with Bella she is very kind very patient. My nails came out looking as beautiful as I've ever seen in my whole life. I will keep coming to this nail salon everytime I get the chance to. Bella always works extra miles to make sure your nails and toe nails look gorgeous when you leave this nail lounge. She is so careful with your nails and is very particular on sensitive corners of your nails. Ask for Bella on your next visit, and you won't be disappointed. read more

This morning a third chipped then broke!!! For this price this should not happen. I dont do manual labor or any type of that sort of thing. I have to believe the salon uses sub par products fir this to be happening!! I got them done because im going out of town for an event. Now I have to quickly figure out what to do. So dissapointed! Terrible quality!

I did not argue because I was ready to leave, but adding money to someone's total without permission is shady and completely unacceptable. The sanitation was also a major concern. The nail clippers were not opened from a new package, and the drill bit did not appear to be fresh or newly sanitized before being used on me. The floor was dirty, there was dark buildup between the tiles that looked like possible mold or heavy grime, and the same old dirty mop was being used to clean it. The entire place felt unsanitary and poorly maintained. I would not recommend this salon. You are better off finding a private nail tech who takes cleanliness, quality, and honest business practices seriously.
