First off, this place is one…read moreof those FEW places where you can actually talk to a person when calling in and not some answering machines that get back to you 1-3 business days. I called and as soon as I hung up, someone texted me to book an appointment. I was arranged with Rosary, who was not only amazing at what she does, but also so kind, friendly, welcoming and felt like home. She did not only give me the haircut that I wanted and asked for but she also fixed the haircut that the other salon butchered. So grateful for her and her magic hands! The day I got a haircut was the weekend full of parties I had to attend to and it worked out perfectly because my hair was camera ready. I got the pictures back and I loved my hair so much. Got so many compliments about it. Lastly, this place is such a vibe. Extremely organized and clean. Everyone minds their own business but also very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this place and if you aren't booking with them, what are you even doing?!

I've always wanted my eyebrows microbladed but was so worried about the "tattoo" look and let me tell you I was amazed!!!! It was almost like an instant eye lift. Karli is super sweet and spends so much time shaping your brows exactly the way you want them before you give the final approval, and was really gracious and understanding when I asked her a few times to tweek this or that to get the exact brows I wanted. I wasn't the ideal client, kept sneezing and she'd patiently wait for me. Her dedication to cleanliness was reassuring and she followed up with me with my after care. I'm now a true believer in microblading and will never go back to doing them every day with makeup.

The service started with a consultation of any concerns I might have and what shape and color I wanted my brows to be . From there my face was measured and marked to map where lines would be drawn. Then it was time to draw and fill in my brows , the process itself isn't painful just a bit uncomfortable comparable to plucking your brows . In total I'd say it took about 2 1/2 hours and I am pleased with the results . I left with instructions for aftercare and an ointment to put on my brows to help with the healing process. The best part of the whole experience is chatting with Lashawn , she'll make sure you leave feeling confident.

She came out and greeted me and shook my hand (already professional). Took me back to her very sanitized room and walked me thru what was going to take place. I filled out a consent form and she went on to "mapping" my face and giving me the perfect brow! After taking extra time to make sure we were both satisfied and happy with what she had drawn out (she is a perfectionist, but this is on your face, would you want any less??) We picked out a color that I was going to be happy with and the magic began... she does a light graze with her handheld machine and numbs you so this is not painful at all!! She went over twice I believe, all the while making sure I was comfortable and in no pain( it really does not hurt), she cleaned up my stragglers ( I needed a brow wax) and we were all done. She is very clean , she made sure I had no marks left on my face and then she handed me the mirror!!! I am in Love!! It's a strong word , but you will feel the same after Heather is done with you. I am so happy with the work Billie did for me today. She has been so great each time I was about to get them but would get cold feet. I am so beyond happy with her work. Billie is so sweet, a great conversationalist and an awesome esthetician! She went over what look I was going for and made my eyes really pop.
