Nice salon! 1st impression: Very big & lovely salon, clean, large color assortment. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Finally had a wonderful pedicure!!!! I am SO happy to have finally found a great nail salon! It has not been easy going all over since we moved to LWR 9 months ago. This was my favorite by far !!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] For the reasonable price , they really did a wonderful, detailed job including a nice foot & leg massage with yummy smelling pineapple lotion. Great detail cleaning up those toes! So nice not to feel rushed through! They earned a forever customer! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I will be back for my manicure & hoping I will be just as pleased.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The woman next to me had hers done & it was absolutely lovely.

I have gone to this salon for dip manicures and shellac pedicures monthly for over a year. Last year I was impressed-- quick, reasonably priced, nails lasted. My last 2 experiences is why I'll never go back. My pedicure involved scorching hot water that the technician kept forcing my feet into. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She asked what type of pedicure and I said classic with shellac. She started doing one of the luxury pedicures after my toes were painted and wasn't able to understand that I did not want the upgraded pedicure and ended up experiencing and paying for the $70 service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then I got my nails done a few days later. I had nice long dipped nails that just needed to be shortened and a change of dip color. She immediately said since I had dip on I needed to pay $15 for dip removal, despite having my service done at the same salon. She asked if I wanted them shorter and cut them down in half right away shorter than the tip of my finger-- way shorter. Instead of soaking the nail she drilled for a long amount of time hitting my cuticles and causing me to bleed-- which is very unsanitary considering they don't clean off the drill tips before storing them and using on others. Pictured are my nails the next day-- half as long with scabs around the cuticles. I take care of my nails and it should've been a simple removal and redip-- something I had done at this salon 10+ times before but after an 1.5 treatment where it was $60 plus $15 of removal I won't be returning and I'll make sure to let others know about my experience as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I tried contacting management about my experience prior to posting this review to see if it was an isolated incident but they have not responded[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and I don't want others to waste their money like I have.

Heather is absolutely amazing. She helped both my mom and myself with troublesome feet. We had dryness and cracks and toenail issues and she cured all of that. She does my acrylics and does such an amazing job. Design, quality and experience. She's amazing.

Holly is amazing! I don't get my nails done often so I did t know all the things. She has patience and skill and I am loving this dip manicure for my cru

I came in for a gel manicure. I chose a light blue cat eye and the woman took me back. While cutting my cuticles she made me bleed on four fingers. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She finished the base coat and then got up without saying anything and stood next to another woman working with another customer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She stood there for about 10 minutes and then the other woman came over to show her how to do the cat eye. She still seemed nervous about it so I said I'd pick another color, no problem. I decided to get black with a pearl chrome. They brought over the wrong chrome and after the second time of me saying it was not the right color she finally stopped and had someone come look. I was told the caps were placed on the wrong ones. She did the chrome and I noticed they were not completely covered. I asked her to go over them again and she still left them incomplete. After being there for and hour and a half, I was irritated. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went to the front and was asked if I liked them. I said no I didn't and she said she could fix them for me now. I said I had been there long enough and I would like to leave.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They offered to have me come back in another day with another person and I told her I just don't want to come back to this store.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was very clear they knew the employee doing my nails didn't know what she was doing (they were telling her the steps for the cat eye and the chrome) and let her continue. I don't want to come back to an establishment that allows that. They still had me pay for half the service. I do not recommend this nail salon at all!

Going go go for the Ocean Refresh Deluxe. Check out my review to see how it went....

This is a nice and clean nail salon. I love that they have their dip gel powder for fingers already matched with their gel for pedicures and I don't have to dig though their samples, it's all on a beautiful display.

Joseph is amazing!! I'm obsessed with how meticulous his work is. Price is comprable. I pay between $50-60 for acrylic fill, shaping, long nails, and gel polish (@jaeatleta - Insta)

Paid way too much and the nails only three days. They don't do refunds and would only fix the nails that ripped on. My nails were hurting and ripped. the terrible acrylics they gave me destroyed my natural nails, and I now can't get acrylics for a month never going here ever again, and would never recommend it to anyone.

The nails Tommy gave me. i am in love!!!!

I have PCOS and the hair on my chin and jaw line was fully grown out. Issues: Brows were waxed with no tweezer shaping. I get my brows done regularly and this was the least amount of effort I've had anyone put into them. I asked for a feminine arch and there was none. The hair on my chin and jawline was not adequately removed. I was told that this is to be expected due to it being my first facial wax; and that there would be hairs that were too thick to be removed by the wax, but if I kept up with the procedures every four weeks the hair will eventually become thinner. The aesthetician plucked some of the long hairs remaining by hand but not all of them... When I got to my car I could feel long hairs around my chin and jaw line that could have easily been removed by the tweezers. I went back inside and told her I wanted them removed and that that it was pointless for me to have paid all this money and sat through that much pain to have long hairs hanging off my face. She took me back and removed more of the remaining hairs by hand. Now that I'm home I realize she did not wax my upper lip, which should have been included in the full face waxing that I paid for. The hairs there are very visible. There are also still long hairs remaining around my side burn and chin area. The peach fuzz on my cheeks and side burns are still there and it looks no different from when I walked into the salon. All in all it felt like a very rushed, unprofessional job. Only about 90% of the hair on my face was removed. I wish I would have caught that she forgot to do my upper lip and either gotten a refund or a third fix up, although going in a second time was exhausting enough. I would not return here again. Positives? The facial mask was nice and very soothing on the skin.
