They didn't disclosed that the lash artist was new, the other lash lady was assisting her the whole time. I tried to reach out and no resolution or refund was given. Also my lashes started falling and I could see the lash clusters mixed in with alot of my natural lashes. Response to owners claims: Thank you for your response. I did reach out regarding the discomfort and outcome and did not receive a timely follow up. Due to the condition of my lashes and ongoing discomfort, I chose to have them professionally removed to avoid further damage. My priority was my eye health. I also feel that my concerns were not fully acknowledged or taken accountability for. During my appointment, the lash artist required assistance throughout the service, which raised concerns about their level of experience. I also want to clarify that my concerns are based on my direct experience, including visible damage and discomfort that led me to seek professional removal. My review reflects my experience, including the outcome, discomfort, and lack of resolution.

However, the upkeep on these lashes was so insane and I would have to get them refilled every 2 weeks for it to stay pretty. So, I asked Cici if there was anything similar to the Anime Lashes, but less upkeep. She told me about the Sunflower Lashes, and during my last visit, I switched over to these. So far, I am loving the retention and it looks super natural. I think I'm going to be sticking with the Sunflower Lashes for a while! The inside of the studio is super clean and pretty. There's also a pretty photo area at the front of the store. The bathroom is also super clean and has great lighting. When I politely asked if she could disinfect the area with alcohol since my skin had been broken, she acted annoyed that I even asked. During my manicure, I simply asked for her opinion on how to fix a broken nail and which color she thought would look best. Instead of being helpful, she looked visibly irritated. Later, I asked if she could apply one extra coat of polish, and she rolled her eyes. I actually found myself apologizing for making a simple request, which says a lot about how uncomfortable the interaction was. The saddest part is that the staff often make you feel like you're inconveniencing them simply by asking for the service you're paying for. It feels as though they're doing you a favor instead of providing customer service. No customer should feel guilty for politely asking a question or requesting something reasonable. This isn't an isolated experience either. Last month, my husband was also accidentally nicked during his appointment. We understand accidents happen, but it's the lack of care, empathy, and professionalism afterward that is most disappointing. As long-time customers, we expected to be treated with kindness and respect. Instead, we left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
