Also my lashes started falling and I could see the lash clusters mixed in with alot of my natural lashes. Response to owners claims: Thank you for your response. I did reach out regarding the discomfort and outcome and did not receive a timely follow up. Due to the condition of my lashes and ongoing discomfort, I chose to have them professionally removed to avoid further damage. My priority was my eye health. I also feel that my concerns were not fully acknowledged or taken accountability for. During my appointment, the lash artist required assistance throughout the service, which raised concerns about their level of experience. I also want to clarify that my concerns are based on my direct experience, including visible damage and discomfort that led me to seek professional removal. My review reflects my experience, including the outcome, discomfort, and lack of resolution.

During my pedicure, the technician accidentally nicked me hard enough to draw blood. Accidents happen, but there was no apology. When I politely asked if she could disinfect the area with alcohol since my skin had been broken, she acted annoyed that I even asked. During my manicure, I simply asked for her opinion on how to fix a broken nail and which color she thought would look best. Instead of being helpful, she looked visibly irritated. Later, I asked if she could apply one extra coat of polish, and she rolled her eyes. I actually found myself apologizing for making a simple request, which says a lot about how uncomfortable the interaction was. The saddest part is that the staff often make you feel like you're inconveniencing them simply by asking for the service you're paying for. It feels as though they're doing you a favor instead of providing customer service. No customer should feel guilty for politely asking a question or requesting something reasonable. This isn't an isolated experience either. Last month, my husband was also accidentally nicked during his appointment. We understand accidents happen, but it's the lack of care, empathy, and professionalism afterward that is most disappointing. As long-time customers, we expected to be treated with kindness and respect. Instead, we left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I sincerely hope management addresses the staff's attitude because the quality of the customer experience no longer matches the loyalty many of us have shown this salon.

Rather than taking accountability for the conduct described, the owner attempted to dismiss the incident by characterizing the use of an unclean towel as a mere "misunderstanding." Such a response is deeply troubling and reflects a lack of transparency and responsibility. The issue was not a misunderstanding. The technician attempted to reuse a towel that had already been used on another customer during my sister's pedicure service. This was witnessed and confirmed by another customer in the salon. Only after being confronted did the technician stop disputing the matter and obtain a clean towel. The owner's attempt to minimize this conduct raises serious concerns regarding sanitation practices within the salon and whether similar incidents may have occurred previously without customers' knowledge. Equally concerning was the technician's conduct following the incident. While she attempted to adjust the water temperature after my sister notified the technician that the water was unbearably hot, she never apologized, or demonstrated any concern for my sister's comfort. Instead, she began scooping water from the pedicure basin with a bowl while my sister sat there visibly uncomfortable and distressed. At that point, my sister no longer felt safe or comfortable continuing the service because she had lost confidence in the technician's judgment, professionalism, and hygiene practices. What is most disappointing is the owner's response afterward. Rather than addressing the matter with empathy or accountability, the response came across as passive aggressive, dismissive, and condescending. The owner failed to acknowledge the seriousness of the conduct and instead appeared more concerned with deflecting responsibility than resolving the issue appropriately. Amazing! The service was so good it prompted me to create a yelp account just to review the place. Diane did my nails and she was extremely patient and meticulous, she made sure my nails were perfect and exactly how I wanted them. The environment was extremely friendly everyone was super social and friendly. Long story short: I had a very specific request. I wanted acrylics but without acrylic powder because acrylic powder is too strong for my very weak and brittle nails :/. I usually get gel but I had noooo length on my natural nails and I wanted them longer. They suggested that I do a silk wrap (a nail technique that is pretty uncommon so I was surprised that they did it here but nonetheless very excited). They lengthened the tip of my nail the same way as they do with acrylics but instead of coating it with acrylic powder they used the silk rap method where they wrap the nail with some sort of fiber material (i'm not sure what it was called but you can google it.) BUT ANYWAY the process took a long time to do but in the end it didn't matter because my nails were EXACTLY how I wanted them to be. I've never walked out of a nail salon so satisfied with my nails before. Honestly exceeded my expectations. I'm never going anywhere else again. Matthew is simply the best! Book an appointment in advance so you don't have to wait a crazy unknown amount of time. The wine is all you can drink but don't be like my sister and take advantage of that. Hahahah What I love about this place is that everyone is genuinely friendly and you don't get that from many nail salons if any.. they take the time to really get right what you want. We told them we were from out of town and they were very quick to provide us with things to do in the area! That was very nice of them. Love coming here to get my nails and pedicure. They are very hygienic they use new tools. The pedicure stations use plastic bags in the basin where your feet soak and when the finish they throw the bag away. Helps to prevent fungus from growing in the basin. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this business. I purchased a Groupon…read morecertificate based on the terms and conditions clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Those terms stated that the certificate could be used again, and I relied on that information when making my purchase. Now I have lost my money. LAfter purchasing, the business refused to honor the advertised terms. I have seen other customers reporting similar concerns on Groupon, which raises serious questions about how these certificates are being handled. I have documentation, including screenshots of the Groupon terms and information provided at the time of purchase. I also have documentation showing that this matter has been reported and is under review/investigation through the appropriate channels. A business that partners with Groupon has a responsibility to provide accurate information and honor the terms presented to customers who paid in good faith. Refusing to honor advertised terms after accepting payment is unfair and extremely disappointing. I will be reporting this matter to Groupon and sharing my experience on review platforms so other customers can make informed decisions. I hope this business takes responsibility and resolves this issue for all affected customers. *Update: Since I purchased the voucher more than 3 days ago, I can only get Groupon Bucks. Since Groupon is still allowing this business to sell vouchers to people while they are under investigation for misleading customers, they also should be held accountable and I will also not rely on Groupon as well. Also, heads up--I went to the wrong address the first time, so make sure if you search for the studio on Apple Maps, that you include the unit because I drove past it and straight to a residential area, and was confused because I knew it wasn't at someone's house. The inside is on the smaller side, but very clean and inviting, and the ladies were so polite and respectful. First, they had me pick the color and started off with the pedicure. Then, I moved into another room to get my hands done. They are more than reasonable on prices, take their time, and make sure that you are happy with the shape and overall end result. This is the cutest and cheapest set of nails I've ever gotten done, as it is my 6th time at a nail salon (the past 4 times were Gel-X, and my natural nails were becoming too damaged). I would highly suggest coming here if you like Asian-styled (Japanese/Korean) designs!

Every experience has been 1000% amazing and I feel so great afterwards. Both Neeru and Eksha are amazing brow specialists - they are consistent and always get my arch right! Neeru did a full facial before my wedding and was able to remove blackheads on my eyebrows that I thought were permanent spots! It was amazing! Definitely worth the process - I was GLOWING. Eksha has also done my hair and make up on several occasions. She does gorgeous eye make up, and always get my skin color right with the foundation which is so hard to do on a darker skin tone. I went back to give them the opportunity to fix the issue, and they added more acrylic, but now even more nails have broken again shortly after. A fresh set should not be falling apart this quickly, especially for the price charged. I attached photos because I wanted to show the condition of my nails only days after getting them done. I really tried to give this place a fair chance, but overall this was a very frustrating and expensive experience.
