I came for eyebrow service and she explained the tinting to me. My eyebrows were cleaned nicely and tint was added. It was a good experience and I am satisfied with results for the most part. The tint does come out pretty thick looking for the first day or so. I prefer a lighter, more natural look. I think by Sunday, it'll fade a bit to just how I like. Then when it was time to pay, apparently adding gel (which I know is always an up charge) was an additional $35! I didn't complain at all during my 3+ hour visit, just sat politely but did question the amount of the upcharge. The woman said 'Yes. That's correct. Now goodbye' With all the salons in the area, an expense nearing $200, I expect more. I would never return nor recommend.

Another thing I noticed while I was sitting there waiting for my friend is that the brow artist wouldn't take her next appointment if let's say she was waiting 10 minutes for the tint to set on her 1st appointment. This is something I've experienced all the time and really dislike at salons because then you're stuck waiting till they're done with a person that came after you.
