I developed MRSA (a bad infection) which led to capsular contracture and lots of pain for a whole year. He, honestly, did NOT know what to do with me. He kept putting me on valium as a muscle relaxer and as an anxiety reliever. Eventually, I left to another plastic surgeon who fixed the situation appropriately. I'm sure he was very happy I went elsewhere, because he truly did not know what to do! Maybe, today he has more experience and would have a better idea of how to deal with negative outcomes.
