I took my friend along with me and we were both extremely impressed! She was very sweet from the beginning and explained to us the differences between the different lashes you could get and how they work. I was honestly so surprised because the time went by so fast! We were just talking and we literally felt like we had known her forever. I have gotten so many compliments on my lashes and i am never hesitant to let them know who does them and give them all her information. It was extremely last minute but I was leaving to an event and I desperately needed to get my lashes fixed. They were... for lack of a better term.. JACKED UP. I called her and to my complete surprise she agreed to help me out and told me she would be willing to meet me in an hour. Upon arrival, I get into the elevator and once the doors open it was like I was in a different place. The floor was filled with different salons. I find her suite, Lashes by Breanna, and it's nice and clean. She worked on me for a little over an hour and was just sweet and kind. I love how my lashes look and I will for sure be coming back. I've been meaning to write a review for about a week now. Here is the story of Bre's unprofessionalism and how my lashes fell out within FIVE DAYS. I was super excited when I learned about Bre's lash studio. It was super close to my house, she did them quick, and by the photos it looked like she did a good job. I was stoked and texted her for an appointment. I got a response about 12 hours later which was great. The first three appointment times I asked for, she wasn't available and finally she asked a time which worked for her and I just said sure because I was tired of trying to find a time that worked best for me. It is now the day I am getting my full set 1/13 and she texted me 40 minutes before my appointment saying she has to push it until two hours later because she needs a babysitter for her children and she doesn't have one until 1 (which was the first appointment time I requested and she said wasn't available for... hmm). So whatever again and I said that's fine. I arrive to her suite, and there are her children running around in the small room. I thought that was strange because I had to wait two more hours so her children would HAVE a sitter. The children are loud, screaming, fighting, and banging underneath the bed I was lying on while getting my lashes done. I just tried to ignore it, and acted as thought it was fine, but really, who wants that when they are trying to relax as they get their lashes done?! My lashes are done within about 50 minutes which was the quickest I have ever gotten a full set done, and I have been to two other places. I'm not going to lie, my lashes looked pretty good and I was content. Bre said that if I needed any touch ups within the next couple days I could make an appointment and she would do it for free... awesome right?? Not so much. I got my lashes done on Saturday 1/13 and noticed a lot of lashes falling out in big chunks the next day, so I texted her to see if she could get me in on Monday (1/15). No response! So I texted her the next day asking if she got my message. She responded after that and on 1/16 she said I could come in Thursday and she asked me what time worked best for me. I told her and waited for a response. By this time at LEAST 50% of my lashes had fallen out (in three days?!). She, again, did not respond and so l, again, texted her the following day and she responded with an appointment time, 3:30 on 1/17. It is now Thursday the 17th and I have, maybe, 10 lashes left on each eye. They fell out crazy fast. She texted me 1 hour before my appointment, cancelling and rescheduling me for Friday 1/18. I told her my availability and she never responded. I texted her on Friday the 18th asking if she received my text and to this day she still has not responded. What I have taken away from this experience is extreme unprofessionalism on her part. If you cannot hold appointment times, or respond to your clients, that is a major problem. I wish I could receive a refund, but who knows if she will ever respond again. I have been to two other lash extension places and no extensions have ever fallen out this fast, or been as painful as these ones were. It felt like they were stabbing me in the eye every time I closed my eyes. I waited 48 hours before getting my lash extensions wet, just as every place has told me and yet they all fell out within 5 days. Totally unacceptable! I do not recommend coming here. It may be a little bit cheaper than other places, but spend a little more money and you will thank me when you still have beautiful lashes 5 days later. read more

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! She did my lashes for the first time and before I could get to my car, I notice a few Lashes on my shirt. I didn't think anything until I got home and looked into the mirror and saw I was missing lashes. So right away I called her, no answer. I text her, no answer. So I waited until the next day and I texted her once again and she responded hours later saying she will have to find a babysitter first then she will call me and I can meet her to fix them. I waited all day no text, no phone call. At this point I felt she was avoiding me. So I text her once again saying that I really felt I wasted my money and I wasn't happy with the service and It wasn't cool how she was avoiding my calls. She never responded. It was a VERY horrible, unprofessional experience!! I guess she got me for $100 bucks plus a $20 tip. I guess she need it more then I need the cheap lashes. Folks please don't waist your money!! I've been many places in the quest of finding someone that I can trust with my lashes. I've purchased deals thru Groupon, went off the recommendations of friends and patronized lash bars with little success. Overall I needed to find a place that was clean, provided great results and made me feel comfortable. I decided to take a chance and contact Lashes By Bre due to the location being close to work and home. I sent Breanna a message requesting to schedule a visit and received a reply shortly after for a next day appointment. When I arrived to the address, I took the elevator up to the 2nd floor. As soon as I stepped out, I was pleasantly surprised. The suites are modern and look totally different than the architecture outside. I easily located the suite which was small and cute. Breanna introduced herself and asked what length and style I was looking for. After we decided what would be best, she went to work on my full set. Truthfully I felt as if I was talking with a friend on the phone. Breanna was fun, easy to talk to and fast. The hour that I was there flew by. Unlike other places, the glue that she used did not burn my eyes. My lashes were full and flirty! I have been back for a fill since my original visit - I wanted to wait weeks before I gave my honest review of her work. My girlfriend saw Bre for a few months and every time she got a fill, they would fall out in clumps and never lasted more than a week. She got them removed by someone else and the girl told her the eyelashes were done incorrectly with too much glue. A lot of her natural eyelashes are now damaged/missing from being weighed down and she has to wait for them to grow back.
