She is very timely, precise, and really listens to what you want. UPDATE: I've been loyally going to Casey for about 7 months and we had built a good relationship. My care routine has been the same and my lashes had always lasted about 3 weeks. I started to notice lately that each fill was getting shorter in time and my lashes weren't always as full as the first couple times, but I continued to go with her because I like staying with the same person and it wasn't that bad enough to look somewhere else. I changed my eye cream and they started lasting about 2 weeks so Casey recommended that could've been what was making them fall out faster so I stopped using it. I just got my lashes done Wednesday with her new glue and there has been a dramatic change. I've showered in the same time frame, I've never worn make up (I never do except filling my eyebrows), I sleep on my back, I only use my water based face moisturizer and everything else. When I gently brush once a day several lashes fall out. I contacted Casey to let her know and I went through everything I was doing daily to try and figure or the problem. During one of my appointments she was mentioning how many of her clients were recently coming to her saying their lashes have started not to last and she mentioned how "it's always her fault and never them" and so I was nervous about bringing this up to her, but I thought since we had built an honest relationship I needed to let her know. The exchange was not good and she blamed me like she has blamed all her other clients and at this point I feel completely uncomfortable going to her. Now she is saying all her clients love the new glee and this and that when she just told me a ton we're reaching out to her because they weren't lasting. She has always talked about how she tells people "she tells it like it is" but if you have multiple people telling you their lashes aren't lasting maybe something with the application is wrong. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be going to her anymore or recommending her to anyone else. I have sent her businesses, but that's all stopping and I'll make sure they know as well. My best friend has also had the same issues with her lashes and was the first to say that her lashes haven't looked the same the past couple fills and I agreed. I thought Casey was doing something different with less volume, but she wasn't and blamed it on her too. There are so many people doing lashes so look somewhere else. Lashes need to last and you need to feel comfortable talking to your lash pro without them giving you attitude.
