i love getting my lashes done with casey. i normally used silk lashes but i find that it doesn't stay on as long as the mink lashes casey used. i have thin asian lashes naturally so the silk lashes tend to weight it down. even though i don't get the same "mascara" effect but i still love the mink extension since it's a lot more light weight and look super natural. i got the 2D volume and can't wait to try out the 3D glamour next! read more

Since my lashes were done elsewhere, she removed them free of charge and place a new set. She asked many questions about what I do and if I wear glasses to make sure I get the appropriate length. Best deal on lashes that I've seen yet in two different states. She did a great job! Per usual, I fell asleep during the session so it obviously didn't bother me that much. I have been getting the 2D faux mink lashes from Casey for a few months now. She is very fast, and I am obsessed with the look they have created. It's dramatic without looking fake. I get compliments every day! I was nervous about them falling out too quickly, therefore making it a waste of money, but honestly my lashes still look really good when I go in for refills - they're just obviously not quite as full as they will be after a refill. I am glad I went to yelp again to read reviews because I was feeling apprehensive in going back to her. I got my 2D 2 weeks ago when the lashes started falling off soon. No, I do not wear make up since that is the reason why I wanted eyelash extensions as I do not have time to attend to those things on a daily basis. She was accommodating in getting me in even after work hours so I was thankful for that but I was done in less than an hour when I chose a 2D! Mind you this is what is advertised as full set. Well, since I'm a newbie like I've mentioned, I just brushed it off and I didn't make it as a big deal. Moreover, I kind of felt like the inner corner of my eyes were so bare and yet again I didnt make it as a big deal. Until less than 2 weeks in, they were falling off. I followed all the after care as of course who would not when it is like an investment that you wanted to take care of. I made an appointment for the refill and I'm glad I went here to see updated reviews and bam! my apprehension was validated. I do not mind paying but for quality work. Honestly, I feel like I was deceived. I scouted for different lash salons and compared the time frame a full set should be accomplished, and that one hour appointment is only for refills when with her , it is a full set application! I went here expecting to love the results. In fairness, I do have some sparse lashes, but was told by others that when they have a good glue it wouldn't be a problem. In fact, I had been to a great place in the Domain who did made them look lovely, but that was too far for me to go. When I first went here she said I should only have the single classic lashes, as the double ones would break my own lashes and wouldn't last. I was told they would actually look thicker than the double. However, they didn't, and I was told that they would start looking better as mine grew out more. They never did look any different, and although she did a good job, I was frustrated that they started falling off very quickly, in spite of how careful I was, and asked her about that. She again said I had "baby" lashes and it was the best she could do. She said I should look elsewhere for someone with better glue. Since I really didn't want to do that and had an event coming up, I asked her if she could do an extra special job for that event. When she was done, I noticed a few areas that seemed empty without lash extensions, but I could see my own, although short, lashes. I went back in and said that it seemed to look unbalanced and could she fill in where there were spaces. She said no, that was all she could do. They began falling off as quickly (within a few days) as usual. When I returned from out of town I made an appointment for a refill, which she confirmed. Then, while I was out to dinner, I got a text from her saying she wouldn't see me again because she thought I was not happy with her work. I told her I wouldn't have made another appointment if I wanted to go elsewhere, but she refused. So, if you go here, you should make sure you never ever are at all disappointed in her work (and certainly don't say so), or she will refuse to see you again. Fortunately, I was able to make an appointment elsewhere, even with this very short notice. read more

Our family recently relocated to Killeen from Seattle, WA. For the past 1.5 years, I have been going to the same lash person in Seattle. I went in for my appointment today, where she introduced me to mink lashes. These lashes are very light weight and they look very natural and very pretty. I was able to get a manicure and pedicure with the same visit. Linh and her sister were both very nice. The salon is located in a brand new business establishment. All equipment are new and very nice. They do not reuse their products at all. Everything is new and once used on a client, they toss it. I've already scheduled my next appointment with Linh.
