Don't go here! Went to see Sheri for a full set March 16, 2018, when she finished my lashes were stuck together. My left eye was burning quite a bit and she sets a fan on my chest to stop the burning. Both of my eyes were stuck together for over a minute. Sheri had to peel apart my lashes on both eyes in the the outer corners. My left eye, she kept trying to peel it apart and they wouldn't come off so she says "lets just pluck it out of there" and rips my lashes off, I kept saying ouch because the burning and her ripping the lashes off. The day after I saw her I texted her and let her know that my eyes were still sore and burning and rather then her say, let me try to get you in sometime or sorry or anything like a normal person would have, she kept making every excuse under the sun. Poor Poor business skills. Im very worried that she could really burn someones eyes, let alone rip their lashes out. My prior review was posted on here the 18th and its gone now. Sheri had other people start posting reviews on here after my review on the 18th and there had been nothing on here since last year. Hmmm. She says she trains people which is very worrisome to me. I have had lashes put on by 3 other people for over a year and a half and have never experienced ANY burning and soreness. A girl at another place, Mandy took my lashes off and stated my lashes were so heavy and Sheri had 5 lashes glued on to one lash in some places. Thats pretty bad. I had so much glue on my lashes as well very thick and lashes were so heavy. These are the a couple of text messages at the end between Sheri and I. In my opinion, stay away from here. read more

She finally says let just pluck it out of there and rips the lash clean off. I kept saying ouch. The day after I saw her I texted her and let her know that my eyes were still store and burning and rather than her say, "I'm sorry, we will get you back in to look at them" she kept making every excuse under the sun. That is poor poor customer service, this lady states she trains people and I would be very worried to be trained by her because she could really hurt someone's eyes and lacks customer service. Also I had written a prior review and I don't know what happened to it so I'm posting this again. Sheri had other people start posting reviews after I post my originally review on March 18th, now all of sudden theres all of the new reviews from people and there has been nothing since last year. Its a shame she didn't do a good job. a person at another place had to take my lashes off for me by the name of Mandy and she said my lashes were so heavy and some lashes had 5 lashes glued to one of mine. Sheri has been doing my lashes for 2 1/2 years. I have very short lashes and the extensions make my eyes look so much bigger. Being over 70 years old, I feel I look 10 years younger. I had never worn lash extensions before; now I hate to be without them. Cleanliness is a big thing with me, and I've always been very happy with Sheri's attention to cleanliness. Sheri does a beautiful job on my lashes! She always makes me feel very comfortable throughout the process. My eyes tend to be very sensitive, but Sheri is so good I can barely feel her working on them.
