I wouldn't call it life-changing or anything, but it met our expectations and the customer service was top-notch and really thoughtful and welcoming. I took my mom here as a birthday present. We each got the Theraputic Lympha Drainage Facial + Essentials Basic Scalp & Hair Rejuvenation combo which was 120 mins (2 hours). We went on a Saturday so it was not the happy hour price but totally worth it. The ladies who run it are so sweet and my mom couldn't stop raving about what a wonderful experience it was. My hair also looks and feels amazing. I really enjoyed the scalp massage and the facial was lovely too (though for me the scalp massage was the star of the show). To make an appointment you'll need to call (they don't have a way currently to book online) but it's easy to do and the salon was very communicative with reminders etc. When you get there they'll take you to a room and you can put on a towel thing before laying on the bed for the ultimate relaxation and hair cleansing experience. They start out with showing you your scalp (mine was dry and also has a lot of build-up) before diving in. There were a lot of things involved in the facial and I can't even begin to describe all the things she did to my hair but it was all just lovely and the massaging of my face, scalp, neck, shoulders, and even a bit on my arms and legs was just so wonderful. They'll blow-dry your hair at the end too (though be aware it's more just to dry it than you might expect styled at a hair salon - no biggie). So the main issue is booking. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful with several different attempts to book. This place does sound amazing; however, having to call the number that always goes to VM as the only option to book got too frustrating. The callback the first time was within 24 hours. Not terrible. Then we corresponded via text to finalize an appointment time. I was ghosted once I confirmed the day I was looking for. Nothing. Zero follow-up. I thought it was so strange. It was March 8 that I was ghosted for a March 17th appointment attempt. I tried again today (March 31st) by going straight to the location. I saw a sign that said "no walk-ins". I was disappointed to see that seeing as that I couldn't get an appointment via phone. A aesthetician came and told me to text the manager because she was unable to make the decision to offer services. So I took the card at the front and called the same number I had tried weeks ago. It went to VM. The VM says to text the number for a faster response. So I did that. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes just hoping I'd get something in response. Nothing. So I finally texted after 30 minutes that I tried to book, but this process was just too frustrating. So my review is that they don't do a good job of servicing calls and booking appointments. I wish I had gotten past this hurdle. They need online or in-person bookings if they have this much trouble with their phone responses. I'm over trying to check this place out. I liked how they took before and after photos of my scalp, which showed the difference between before and after.
