The check-in process was smooth, and I arrived at around 10:45 for my 10:55 appointment. After checking in and taking a seat, I was called back at 11:05. Upon being called back, I met Kiana, who did not seem welcoming at all. She spoke extremely quickly, even after asking if it was my first time, to which I responded yes. She briefly explained the instructions in less than 20 seconds, but it was challenging to understand what was expected, given that it was my first time since she spoke so quickly. Kiana then informed me that my hair was too long for laser treatment, which she couldn't perform due to its length. I told her it's been two days since I shaved and she said she couldn't. I declined her suggestion to return for another appointment since I had driven for 45 minutes from Elk Grove, and it was challenging to get away with four young children. I asked if there was a razor available for me to use, and she agreed but noted that it might not be as effective since their razors did not work well and she stated that she doesn't want to be late for the other clients. It's worth mentioning that she was running about 10 minutes late for my appointment. It's obvious it's not a business based on customer service and making you feel comfortable. I have 5 more sessions left, but I had the front desk note on my account that I do not want to be booked with her again. Overall, I found Kiana to be impolite, unprofessional, rude and lacking in bedside manners.

I scheduled a Morpheus8 treatment and waited months for my appointment. Upon arrival, RH Aesthetic drew approximately 100 mL of my blood as part of the planned procedure. Only after drawing my blood was I informed that I was not a candidate for treatment based on an assessment that, in my experience, was inaccurate. My concern is not that they declined to perform the procedure. Providers should always exercise clinical judgment when appropriate. My concern is that a thorough consultation and candidacy assessment should have occurred before any blood was drawn. At the time, I was anemic, making the situation even more concerning. Drawing blood and then determining a patient is ineligible for treatment reflects poor screening and questionable clinical workflow. Patients trust medical spas to make these determinations before initiating any part of a procedure. Since then, I have undergone multiple Morpheus8 treatments elsewhere without issue and was considered an appropriate candidate. While my views on Morpheus8 technology itself have evolved over time, that is separate from this review. The issue is the lack of proper assessment before proceeding with treatment preparation. This experience left me feeling that patient care and safety were secondary to process and appearance. For that reason, I cannot recommend RH Aesthetic and am leaving a one-star review. There are many qualified providers who take the time to properly evaluate patients before beginning treatment. I encourage prospective clients to do their research and choose a provider that prioritizes thorough consultation, patient safety, and professional clinical judgment.

All I wanted was phentermine which I've taken before. Dr. Prasad has the worst personality. She's not friendly at all, couldn't laugh at anything I joked about. I told her I'd taken this before and it worked well. Having to only lose a small amount of weight, I didn't need a lot of direction. This consultation lasted 45 minutes because she felt it necessary to counsel me on sugar in the diet, getting your system into ketosis, how your body attacks sugars, etc. She repeated herself a lot too. Anyway, after 45 minutes she sent the rx in for me and I checked out. At check out I was told it was going to be $150. I said what, this is supposed to be a free consultation. They said the Dr. said it was because she spent a long time counseling me. I said I didn't ask for her counseling and didn't need it to be honest and that I didn't have a choice. I couldn't just leave and had no control over the visit or what to expect. She chose to spend that long with me. I paid it because I didn't want to make a scene purely because of Olga and my friendship. But it was brought to the office manager's attention and addressed the next day. I was offered a refund which I was thankful for. But that is simply bad business. Now instead of getting follow up visits at $100 each and future skincare with Olga and continued business, or referring anyone there, I will never go back to that practice and add yet another 1 star review to the 27 that currently exist. That should tell you something. Lastly, their intake form has typos and my receipt had a few too. That's super unprofessional.

Yes I arrived at 11:39 (early for my 11:45 appt) when I asked the front desk guy if my tech, who I visibly saw with my own eyes working actively on a client in the very beginning phase of a nail job, would be finished soon as my appt was at 11:45, he responded with a defensive "we are down 4 techs today" when I asked this I looked at the time at it was 11:45 exactly. I was not able to sit there for an hour as stated previously I have one day off and had other things to do. I'm not asking for special treatment, this is usually standard for an appointment. The front guy didn't even try to find out how long I would have to wait or if he would be finishing up soon (probably not considering I could see him clearly) so everything the business owner replied is actually not at all true and I don't appreciate the gaslighting.

I have been seeing pritika for quite a few years, her expertise and knowledge is superior as well as her bedside manner. Always takes her time explains the process. She also has great advise and knowledge of products and new treatments, throughly going over the details. She takes the time to ask you about your expectations and a little bit about what your interests are for treatments. The appointment set up is a bit weird - I wish there was a way to book through an app instead but at the same time, because these procedures are still procedures the advisory of your appointment is necessary I guess :)

When I stated seeing Lisa I was using an acne specific cosmetic line, using 2 types of prescribed topical gels, and trying whatever magic potion or serum I could to get the painful bumps to go away. Tanya provided information regarding RHA & Daxxify Toxin (works the same as Botox but a much better quality and longer lasting product) and the benefits.
