It wasn't just mild discomfort--it was intense enough that I couldn't ignore it or sleep properly. I ended up having to get the nails removed elsewhere shortly after because the pain was unbearable. What's worse is that the damage didn't stop there. It's now been months, and I'm still dealing with visible bruising and sensitivity in my nail beds. That's not something anyone should have to deal with from a simple nail service. I reached out to the salon to explain what happened, hoping for some accountability or at least a refund. Unfortunately, they refused to offer any kind of refund or assistance and didn't seem interested in resolving the situation at all. I woke up the next day with burns, scarring, and extreme pain, and had to go to urgent care while out of town. When I went back to let them know, the tech pretended not to speak English and refused to engage. I've now reported them to LARA and am filing a small claims case to cover my treatment. This place is unprofessional and unsafe. They do not care about your health.
