Wedging tools between my nail and the fake nails I had come in with to remove them. Didn't offer soak off until I asked 3 times because it was SO PAINFUL. Other women in the salon also experienced discomfort with their drilling and clipping. Some of my nails are Crooked, shape is uneven, coating is uneven and bubbly. Not even 12 hours after my experience a nail broke. The apex of the nail is supposed to be the thickest area of acrylic Application to prevent breakage. Most painful break EVER! DONT GO HERE!!!!
