The person in the front said she was "the best". My nails lifted within 3 days. She told me I could go in to fix them. But I work too much to go again. I should not have to go again if you know how to do nails correctly. She also was going to let me leave the salon with hair in my gel but she was okay with leaving me with crooked French tips. She repeatedly said nothing was wrong with them. It's astonishing how quality isn't apart of this salon. I also got a pedicure and they aren't the best either. I specifically asked for them to not use gel polish on my 4yo. She accidentally brushed her nail on something and I asked for them to fix it. They ended up putting gel on her at the end. Now after a week I am having to take off all my nails due to lifting. I don't understand how I got a discount (what the guy told me I got) $149 seems like the usual. Meanwhile, the nail tech who did my nails just stood in the back sipping her Stanley, watching me -- it felt so petty and unprofessional. When I came back, someone else was at the front. I explained the issue, and the nail tech who originally did my nails came and just stood beside him while I was talking, which honestly felt like she was trying to intimidate me. Thankfully, the man at the front sat me down and fixed everything -- and I was really happy with the final result. But honestly, it wasn't just about the nails. What hurt the most was the lack of care and the way I was treated by the first nail tech. I left in tears. I wish I had gotten her name, but the experience left a really bad impression.
