I bought an aftermarket head for my weedeater that has those blades on it as I had some aggressive areas to weed eat. Unfortunately, it didn't work correct from the beginning. I had more time trying to get it to work and taking it back to Becker's to see if they could get it to work then I did using it. They got it to work, but I didn't even get maybe one tank of gas use out of it before the blades needed changed and I couldn't change the blades. It pretty much has completely disabled my weed-eater. Fast forward to now I'm trying to resolve the issue. Take it in like hey can you give me a hand? They're like sure, oh wait! you're gonna have to cut that off . They're not gonna replace it or anything or refund any money (which I didn't want) or anything??? I only wanted them to remove it so I could go back to life as normal and just put the string back on. My place looks like shit, I have multiple 8 hour days of weed eating to do now and I feel like I payed them to not be able to use a 150$ (on sale) weed eater I barely used only one time after purchase last year and would have used it more but it was malfunctioning. This weed eater head came with a pack of replacement blades and I used one set because the part didn't hold up to the warranty if it had any. It was right out of the box. I'm so disappointed for this to happen from a stihl certified shop. So I have only been there a handful of times but never really shopped there spite having multiple stihl chainsaws. it goes back to my first initial visit. About 15 years ago, I went in there looking to buy the biggest soul they had. I needed to put a 3 foot bar on it as I was going to cut up a very large tree that fell in a friend of mine's yard. It was around tax time so of course I had the money but for some reason, they would not sell me the saw or even entertain the idea. Just laughed every time I asked how much they wanted for it and said "ha ha ha that saw is expensive". I vowed to never go back and gave all my business to Dennis Lane. I can't help but notice he close the doors after I stop doing tree work lol So I did end up borrowing off of a buddy the exact saw that I was trying to buy at Beckerts and in return let him keep the 3 foot bar and two chains I bought for it in return for letting me borrow it. Can't figure out for the life of me to this day why they would turn down what would've been at that time a $1500 sale or more but they did in a very disrespectful way that I have never forgotten about and still feel a certain way about since. And so I've been a little apprehensive to go here. And then to return after all these years and have my only purchase made there ever so far south makes me uneasy about going back but I know I am going to have too to get another head for the string as this one is partly missing. I will say they seem to be very professional and friendly all these years later. Not trying to give a negative review, just sharing my experience. It may just have been the luck of the draw and everyone else may have not share my experiences. Wish this family owned business the best

To say the least, as a mom, I was scared to death!!! Most salesmen take advantage of treat women like they're stupid BUT Tracy Catlin was so helpful and went above and beyond and above and beyond even further. This guy is a saving grace Not to mention I was in and out and back on the road within 10 mins I usually shop all the auto parts stores but now I will only go to O'Reillys...not just bc Tracy helped but bc I actually got someone who knew what he was doing instead of brushing me off or not knowing anything and selling me something irrelevant. This wasn't a situation to play around with, we are lucky to not be hurt Such peace of mind getting to wear we was going knowing that Tracy helped us and we was going to be safe!!! Don't use your credit card here! I asked for an alternator I paid for it and the guy brought out a…read morestarter and then he refunded me my money back to my card supposedly because it wasn't an alternator it was a starter then I try to go to AutoZone to get an alternator and my money wasn't on my card and the guy in their store informed me that they would put the money on my card immediately so I call my card holder and they told me that the transaction went through and there's nothing they can do about it without the authorization number and that I'll just have to dispute the transaction so I called O'Reilly and they told me that the transaction was voided and there was nothing they could do and hung up! Don't use your credit cards here unless you want them to take your money until it gets disputed because there not capable of giving your money back to you without you disputing it!
