For example, my sister finished her manicure and was standing next to me waiting for her pedicure without anyone directing her where to sit or who would be helping her. The same thing happened with my niece when she was waiting to have her eyebrows done after her manicure and pedicure. We completely understand that being busy is a good problem to have, but a little more communication between staff and guidance for clients would make the experience feel much smoother and less chaotic. Overall, the actual nail services were great and we were very happy with the finished results -- especially the bride's nails!
