I was never asked if I wanted a massage, nor was I told it would cost extra -- let alone $80 extra. The second time, the same thing happened: services were added on that I didn't ask for, and when I questioned the total, she panicked, clearly realizing the mistake, and offered a discount for next time -- which doesn't make up for overcharging me in the moment. This place consistently adds on charges without transparency or consent and then can't get their story straight. I highly recommend getting your nails done elsewhere. You deserve to not be charged for services you didn't receive or ask for.

(For just a pedicure with callous remover, maybe some sea salt scrub. Not much you're getting added) I was kind of appalled by such a steep price. I then decided to go with just a pedicure. I cancelled my manicure. That's when I could feel the demeanor of my nail technician change. My pedicure took less than 20 minutes. She didn't really get off extra cuticles. The polish was put on really thin and I'm not too sure she even put a top coat on. She rubbed my feet for like 30 seconds each. No alarm set for time. Ran me $38 for a basic pedicure. $6 for polish removal. After tip, that was a $52 disappointing experience. My friend's dip nails turned out really pretty, but chipped after walking literally one block away.
