I have been going to wonder eyelash for around five months and I love it! Evelyn is my go to and she is wonderful. I love that they put soft cold I cushions on before the tape and take much care to make sure you do not get any glue in your eyes. The glue also doesn't have an overwhelming smell which I appreciate. The place is always clean, the staff is polite, kind and most importantly consistent. You will get the same level of service with the majority of their staff. You are incentivized to pay in cash, with high fees ($20) tacked onto credit Transactions. I do wish that they offered Zelle or Venmo as regular payment options as this is only considered an exception. I would also like to see more incentives for regular customers such as membership pricing or punch cards. Feedback aside, I truly enjoy my experience at Wonder Eyelash. It is the only place I go! My visit was AH MAZING! My friend had been going here over a year never had any issues and they always looked great. I tried one closer to where I live but big mistake! They were not good I did not have that wow factor and were coming off the next day! June made me feel Comfortable! I got lash extensions once before at a place in White Plains, but I got them too short that they were barely noticeable, so I decided to give Wonder Eyelash a try as I saw them on Groupon. There were two Groupon options, either 60 pcs or 80 pcs. I went with 80 pcs because I wanted them to be more noticeable/dramatic. They are located on the second floor of a building and there is plenty of parking in the lot right in front. The two ladies working in there were very nice. The place is very cute with a lot of baby pink decor. It was clean and relaxing. One of the ladies helped me and my friend pick which lashes we wanted. There are 3 styles to choose from (natural,sexy & gorgeous) we both went with gorgeous! They recommended the C curl for us. There are also 3 different type of lash hairs, the Groupon is for the cheapest one but you can also choose to pay 20-30$ extra for softer/better quality lashes. We both decided to get the one that came with the Groupon. We didn't feel pressured into spending more on any add ons. They helped us pick the length of the lashes. My friend went with 13 & I went with 14. Anything 13 and above is more on the dramatic side. The process took about an hour and it went by pretty quick. I have no negative comments about the process! One of my eyes got a little sensitive but it was nothing more than slight irritation. The lash tech put a fan on my eye to ease the discomfort and it was all good! They informed us on how to take care of our lashes. Basically you can't get them wet for 24 hours after. When you leave they give you a little brush for the lashes. I am considering going back in a couple weeks for a refill! I would definitely recommend if you are new to lash extensions and want to give them a try :) read more

I'm low maintenance and never thought I'd ever get extensions. But my sister was getting married in Hawaii and there would be a lot of water and sun activities. I decided to give it a go. I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. Wonder lash was a great first time experience. First the studio is so cute and very clean. They sit you down and walk you through the different lashes, lengths, styles etc. There are a lot of decisions but they explain everything so it's not overwhelming. Also after talking with others who have had extensions, it's not all that common for lash bars to offer so many options- score! The process was painless and took about an hour. I looked great and continue to get compliments two weeks later. I had my lashes done yesterday. The technician spent a great deal of time on my left eye but hurried through my right eye. I assumed because her next appointment was waiting... When I told her that the right eye looked incomplete she said that I needed to brush it out a few times and it would be fine. Stupid me for believing that one!!!! I called this morning to ask if they would look at the eye that was incompletely done and they absolutely refused!!!!! Buyer beware of this place. I called to ask question and they told me to go there bc they will give me same price as it was on Groupon, went there and they made me pay extra from $56 that was the deal on Groupon I ended up paying $100 bc they said it is based on how many lashes and the texture of Mink lashes ...I didn't mind to pay , after she finished it looked like I had Jose lashes for 2 weeks when they start to cone off, they had gaps in between and look so empty ( mean wile I paid $100 for $100 pieces, I swear she didn't put more then 60 pieces there) it is not my first time doing lashes I know exactly how they look like...:when I asked the girl why they look so empty she said you have 100 pieces bc they are natural and some nonsense that she was trying to explain her terrible job, and on top the next day they started falling off ....I would not recommend to go there and leave everything on their hands bc they just rip your packed . read more
