There was only one other party in the restaurant. After a while a young lady greeted us and seated us. She informed us that she would be our waitress. She promptly took our drink order. Once she returned with drinks we were ready to order. Simple orders: steak with baked potato, salad with honey mustard, Fried shrimp with baked potato, salad with ranch on the side. Appetizer was also ordered to start. Salads arrived along with rolls. No appetizer. Shortly later we noticed another waitress already serving a couple that arrived long after we had arrived and ordered. Ended up she served them our meals. The gentleman started eating his meal (which was mine) and the woman inform waitress that she did not order steak. The waitress picked up the plate and brought it to our table and set it in front of my husband. Mind you it had already been at the other table for a bit. That's just nasty and wrong. This other waitress then informed me of the mix up and my meal would be out shortly. I told her that the appetizer never arrived. She brought it out and told my husband that she didn't know where our waitress was. This waitress returned to our table 3 times to inform me that my meal would be out shortly. At that time my husband was nearly finished with his meal, I told the waitress to forget it and to cancel my order. I didn't want to eat alone. I kindly told her I was very disappointed and felt a portion of our bill should be comped. She said she would speak to the manager. Manager never came to our table, but waitress said the restaurant would cover the meal. So many things were wrong with our visit. My husband can eat there again if he wants, but I will not be returning. Subpar service and management in all aspects.
