They told me they regularly do same day service as long as the garments are there by 10:30 am and that I could expect them back at or before 3 pm. Eureka!! I drove like a mad woman straight there from the southern tier and arrived at 10:32 am. Despite my tardiness for the 10:30 deadline, the counter staff was very friendly, bright and cheerful and greeted me with a "how can we help?" They set up an account for me, checked in my items, and told me I could expect a text when the dry cleaning could be picked up, all in under 5 minutes! I decided to run errands while in Buffalo for my trip. Sure enough at about 2:30 pm, I got a text informing me my clothes were ready. I arrived, to find yet more bright happy and helpful service staff at the counter. I paid a very reasonable sum for my clothes and was on my way. This place is great and advertises that they employ green cleaning methods to boot! If you are in the Buffalo area, make this business your dry cleaners!!!!! You will not regret it!

That was about 6 years ago. Since then, Last Call has laundered my clothes regularly especially when there's too many clothes and I'm overwhelmed. They come pick up my funky clothes and bring them back 2 days later hot, fresh, clean and folded. Everything is done so perfectly and I feel like Samantha, when they arrive back.. as If I just twinkled my nose and they're all clean and folded and fresh.. and it's so easy, Knowing I didn't really do it on my own. And then took another 6 months or so under construction. But wow, it looks great now. They have baskets to move loads around, plenty of machines and change machines too. Sadly they have the radio and tv both blaring on different stations, so that's not pleasant. But if you only wants to drop in some laundry and then run an errand or sit in your car, it's fine.

The employee working was extremely friendly and walked me though the process. Another cool thing I liked about this place is that on top of giving you a ticket with the date on it, they also shoot you a text when the items are ready for pickup, super cool service!
