That was about 6 years ago. Since then, Last Call has laundered my clothes regularly especially when there's too many clothes and I'm overwhelmed. They come pick up my funky clothes and bring them back 2 days later hot, fresh, clean and folded. And then took another 6 months or so under construction. But wow, it looks great now. They have baskets to move loads around, plenty of machines and change machines too. A week later (Tuesday) we go to pick it up and they only cleaned the coat, now mind you, my boyfriend talked in person to them and they discussed fixing the coat in detail for at least 20 minutes last week! Now they're telling us that we can get the coat next Tuesday, which is crazy considering they messed up, so they compromise and say they'll have it fixed on Friday. This morning they call and say they can't have it done until next Friday! Now, I don't know what it takes to fix a zipper, but I know that if you say you'll fix it, fix it and fix it the first time... We'll be picking up the coat and take it somewhere else, don't need to be jerked around like that.

I ended up dropping it off anyway because we were recommended by a family friend. Originally, the woman at the counter said that they would not be able to have to suit done until Monday. I mentioned that I needed it for tomorrow and she went in the back to check with the cleaners, and then she came back out and guaranteed that it'd be done by 5pm today. To give them a little extra time, I stopped in around 5:50pm to pick up my items. The girls at the counter were very friendly. However, on the suit jacket and the dress shirt were ready and they told me the pants wouldn't be ready until Monday because all of the cleaners went home early. I'm not too sure why all the cleaners would go home early without all of the orders being done. Also, there was no manger on staff for me to speak with to resolve the issue. So, I asked for the pants back at least so that I could wash and press them at home. The girls couldn't find the pants... so I had to wait nearly a half hour before they could find them. When I asked if I could get a refund on the pants because they weren't complete, the girl mentioned that only managers are able to provide refunds. The only upside of my visit was that the staff was friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, the cleaners simply weren't efficient.
