Lupita was AMAZING!! My husband and I got married in the Grand Canyon and Last Call killed it! All of our guest couldn't stop raving about the drinks and grazing table - there was a soft cheese that apparently was to die for. I had the matcha from the Last Call Cortado event, and it was no good. There used to be another girl working at Cortado that made the best coffee and matcha, not sure what happened to her but this new recipe is not good. The cold foam was far too sweet for my taste and the lady was rude. read more

We hired Last Call for our wedding. Lupita and team were so personable, ensuring we'd have all of the speciality drinks and cocktail hour grazing table needs. The drinks were fabulous from what I heard - I forgot to try them UGH. And the grazing table was absolutely beautiful. We provided Lupita with grapefruit from our trees at home to juice and use for the Paloma's. Can't get more fresh than that. They also helped with the cleanup servicing for our venue and ensured we had enough ice for all of our non bar beverage. Thank you so much to Last Call! We booked Lupita for a surprise birthday party and everything went perfectly! we had special cocktails for each birthday boy (2). Everyone in our group was obsessed and the birthday boys loved their drinks. There were special cups and flowers and we were allowed to decorate the bar for the festivities. Starting a few weeks before the wedding, we handed over our plans to her and she reviewed everything and asked questions to make sure she know what we wanted. Her years of experience made her an excellent advisor on the last minute details, and there were at least two or three things we wouldn't have thought to plan for, but she knew. Here's an example of why she is great: what if your bartender thought the end time was 10pm, but we thought it was 11pm? And, by the way, it's 9:45 and they want to do last call. Tara is right there - she knew this was about to happen because the bartender had been coordinating with her all night, she knew our plan was 11pm, and so she approached us very calmly and quietly and asked if we meant to close it at 10pm. We said no, we thought it was 11pm and people were still having fun, so could we keep it open until 10:30 or 11 as planned? Off she went off and took care of it without another word or input from us. It took us seconds, not minutes of negotiating with the bartender, so we could get back to partying. All night, she kept track of time, kept track of vendors, set up those final details we didn't have time to setup, and many, many other unseen things we may never know about. At the end of the night, she had everything we were taking with us packed up, including leftover food and cake, so when the driver called her to say he was ready for us, she could let us know. When we were ready, she made sure we got the things we wanted to take and off we went. Throughout the whole day, we had nothing to worry about except enjoying the wedding. It was one of the best decisions we made, and I would do it again no matter our budget!

She handled a last minute change in DJ beautifully. The rehearsal went smoothly and she was able to take the decorations the night before in her truck. She understood where the decorations went and made the event beautiful with the flowers, and lit the candles. We had trouble with too much moisture on the bottom deck of our wedding cake and it collapsed! Tara rearranged the cake and basically redecorated it with my toppers along with my sister to still make it look beautiful last minute! And there was still cake left over. She helped with clean-up and last minute arrangements with the vendors. She had recommendations for saving money. Thanks Tara for making it special!

Her patience to walk us through the process was truly sincere. This was a tremendous help to us because we elected to not hire a wedding planner. Her experience truly showed during the 5 1/2 hours we had at the venue. If you are planning a wedding in Sedona or anywhere around the area, you must work with Rosalie's of Sedona. Hiring a caterer is the biggest investment for most weddings. We felt we got way more than just that. We recommend Rosalie's of Sedona to the highest caliber. We ordered a small frozen beverage machine, the wedding was only for 15 people. The staff delivered a HUGE machine which was placed at the entry of the reception, once it was there and they left we discovered it was the wrong one, we could not use it or even move it out of the way resulting in no signature drinks that we were prepared to serve. We called of course and they said they would pick it up with the rest of the rentals the next day. Now for the part that bothers me the most, the huge eyesore was in so many of our photos due to its location at the entry, the courtyard was small so it wasn't hard to find it in the photos. They did not charge us for their mistake, however after all the planning and envisioning the evening this is still the thing I regret. If I worked for Verve I would have wondered why a party of 15 would need a drink machine for 200 but that's just my logical thinking, prior to this, if we changed one tiny thing on the contract it had to be redone so I'm not sure how this happened.

They offered to meet with me on the phone to get a general understanding of my vision, and help direct us. From there, they shared what prior clients rented/set up at our venue! On the day of our event, the set up was exceptionally smooth. Their staff were happy/excited/cheerful- setting the mood for the whole day! They helped explain how to use things (cotton candy machine, popcorn machine, AV system, ect). And they were very efficient in tear down afterwards. Everything worked without a hitch! I would 100% recommend them.
