Each meal was incredibly FRESH using the highest quality inherents! We chose a vegan menu and had delicious Thai themed meals, Mexican themed meals and more! I will 100% be working with Marli and her team again! Aileen & I had so many compliments regarding the food from the hors d'oeuvres to the main course stuffed chicken that we had to let Bonnie know at the end of our reception. It couldn't have been more perfect! Bonnie of Rosalie's was the backbone for the entire event. She helped us with the rentals, choosing the linens, colors, you name it! Her patience to walk us through the process was truly sincere. This was a tremendous help to us because we elected to not hire a wedding planner. Her experience truly showed during the 5 1/2 hours we had at the venue. If you are planning a wedding in Sedona or anywhere around the area, you must work with Rosalie's of Sedona. Hiring a caterer is the biggest investment for most weddings. We felt we got way more than just that. We recommend Rosalie's of Sedona to the highest caliber. Thank you Bonnie & Rosalie's staff for a night to remember! Would not change a thing!

Our first morning, we had Todd, who was very attentive and took good care of us. We had the coffee, muffin, one pancake and a breakfast sandwich with bacon and the fruit skewer, along and a mocha. Everything was very good. We were pleasantly surprised how good the pancake was as my husband is very fussy about his pancakes. I was worried the bacon would have a spicy cake, but the cake is very minimal. The bacon was delicious! Our second day was not as good of an experience as we had a younger server who was not at the level of Todd. We laid our vouchers on the side of the table, just as we had done the day before, and this he completely missed them and brought our bill with full charges. Therefore, he had to go back and redo the bill. He didn't seem fully awake. LOL. He also was not as friendly as Todd. Next time we go, we will ask for Todd. This time, we got the latte and muffin, and also shared the traditional breakfast with bacon and fruit. It was perfect for splitting.. we will definitely come back again next time we are in town. This is a really cute café.

Here at COLT Grill I had The Filly, a salad the menu described as "romaine, walnuts, pears, cranberries, bleu cheese crumbles, cranberry vinaigrette". I opted for the "small" ($8.50) over the" large" ($13) and it was a beautiful salad both in presentation and taste. But the salad portion of the menu also said one could "add chicken or smoked turkey" ($4) or "add beef brisket" ($5) and I did. Did you just tell me I could get a perfect, tasty, ample salad with a separate, robust and delicious side of BBQ beef brisket for $13.50? I wasn't just ready to fly to Arizona; I was ready to move to Cottonwood. This meal was delicious. A "small platter of smoked brisket" ($14.50) was enjoyed equally by another at my table but, with my bowlful of brisket, I paid little attention to that other meal. My attention instead was aimed at a nearby table's indulgence in the smoked Mac-n-cheese ($4.75) and Cheesy Jalapeño Corn Bread ($4). Jealous I was, for I had no room for anything more. What a winner. COLT Grill might be half the reason I return to this area in the future.
