We ordered a small frozen beverage machine, the wedding was only for 15 people. The staff delivered a HUGE machine which was placed at the entry of the reception, once it was there and they left we discovered it was the wrong one, we could not use it or even move it out of the way resulting in no signature drinks that we were prepared to serve. We called of course and they said they would pick it up with the rest of the rentals the next day. Now for the part that bothers me the most, the huge eyesore was in so many of our photos due to its location at the entry, the courtyard was small so it wasn't hard to find it in the photos. They did not charge us for their mistake, however after all the planning and envisioning the evening this is still the thing I regret. If I worked for Verve I would have wondered why a party of 15 would need a drink machine for 200 but that's just my logical thinking, prior to this, if we changed one tiny thing on the contract it had to be redone so I'm not sure how this happened.

They offered to meet with me on the phone to get a general understanding of my vision, and help direct us. From there, they shared what prior clients rented/set up at our venue! On the day of our event, the set up was exceptionally smooth. Their staff were happy/excited/cheerful- setting the mood for the whole day! They helped explain how to use things (cotton candy machine, popcorn machine, AV system, ect). And they were very efficient in tear down afterwards. Everything worked without a hitch! Having just moved across the country for a job, we were not familiar with anyone or anywhere to hold our marriage. Belinda was able to provide those suggestions for us, and chose a beautiful park as our backdrop. We also didn't know anyone in the city well enough to ask them to be our witnesses, so Belinda was able to provide those as well. Because of COVID, our families were not able to travel out to see our ceremony, so Belinda had pictures taken of our ceremony so we could share them with our families. Very early into our engagement I knew I wanted a Photo Booth trailer and not just a selfie station…read moreat our wedding. It was one of the things I was adamant about splurging on. We found Vintage Photo Co, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic, and we received so many compliments from our guests on how fun the trailer was. The booth itself is an adorable vintage trailer that fit a surprisingly large number of people. It became a popular spot, especially for the guys, who took full advantage of the space and probably really tested the weight limit on that thing Sarah was a blast to work with as she manned the controls to ensure everyone got the best shots. What truly sets this company apart is the wonderful family that runs it. They were kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our experience special. They even designed a custom photo strip that matched our wedding theme perfectly. We loved that they gave us a USB drive with all the photos, and we opted for the guest book feature, which was such a sweet touch to be able to see our guests' photo strips alongside their messages to us. Every person in the booth received an individual print of their photo strip, so no one left without a memory to take home. Vintage Photo Co. was truly amazing, and we are so grateful for the memories they helped us create on our special day! My only regret is not taking MORE photos in there!!!
