I frequent this location and they are always polite and kind and apologize when there is a line and always express gratitude for the patience. And I get it, so that's no problem. I got time. Unless I don't. This customer ahead of us 8 people deep was CUTTING UP because the cashier couldn't give him his proper change. I'm talking $.02, y'all. Dude was making a SCENE. It got to the point where a manager got involved (I'm so serious) and he too tried to explain the federal government discontinuing pennies. Customer wasn't having it. AT ALL. So the manager comes through as backup and I felt compelled to tell him that the other cashier (I was allowed to jump to his line as I only had water to buy) and defend him. It is not anyone's fault the govt did this and if he's that pressed about $.02 he can shove it where the sun don't shine and be mad until he croaks. Anyway, the manager thanked me for that and so did the cashier I defended. So I think the employees will know I got their backs.
