I was informed of when I would be called to discuss repairs needed and cost, and the repairs were completed the next day. I appreciate doing business with them - they service all kinds of electronic issues. Mine was a blown radio because I plugged it into a fake fireplace sharing the outlet. My mistake. On the store front you will not see "JCC Electronics Repair" but Radio and TV Repair. Approach the business slowly, as the driveway is not easy to spot the first time. If you park in the lot next door, no worries, the building is closed.

When the part finally did come in and I dropped off the phone for repair, I was told it would be same day. Turns out it had to be sent to a different location to be repaired. When it was finished and ready to be sent back to my location for pick up, that store emloyee had left early and was not there to receive it. I was told they would courrier it to my house, but that never happened. I had to call back repeatedly the next day and finally drove out of my way 20 minutes to pick up at the other location. The manager there didn't seem to care about the lack of communication or the inconvenience this caused me. Do Not use Cellaris!
