The iPad fell off his lap from a very short distance (i was standing right behind him when it happened and witnessed the fall) and the screen cracked. The case that i purchased from them did not protect the screen so i brought it back in and they refused to help. I will never use them as they didn't even consider an option to help. These people really went above and beyond for me. Answered all my dumbass questions, made sure I knew exactly what was going on and happening every step of the process. Even Apple charges $299 for an out-of-warranty screen repair! I brought my 1 YR old computer in for a hinge repair only. At drop off, the screen was intact and the touchscreen worked fine. Two days go by and I received a phone call from one of their technicians. He was calling to get my permission to proceed with repair on the hinge after getting my approval and let me know that this type of repair could cause the screen to crack. I declined authorization and said I would come by shortly to discuss options. I was concerned and said I think I should send it to Lenovo for hinge repair. When I arrived and asked for my laptop the hinge had been repaired and the screen was cracked. The crack was at the top of the screen, no where near the hinge. There was a 3x3 crack and the touchscreen is NOW not functioning. Calling for permission after the damage had already occurred was misleading. The Owner Jeremy has refused to replace the screen, He said I could buy a screen, and they would complete the labor. Work performed without authorization and returning my computer with a broken and non-functioning screen is unacceptable. I would not recommend this business. read more

I took my Mac for a screen replacement...... they asked for payment AND the password to enter my computer..... I was told the computer was ready for pickup and within 15 minutes of said pick up, I received notices from Go Daddy, Verizon, my bank and Amazon that someone was attempting to access my account and/or change my password. What great service. Unfortunately my granddaughter broke the screen of the iPad Pro 2nd generation she'd been given. I know it was an older iPad, but it had a lot of memory and was very fast. The replacement screens are not in good supply, and are pretty expensive-but to get a comparable iPad would have been a lot more expensive. MacMasters were so fast to respond to me, they had a screen in stock. I could find nowhere else with such great reviews that could replace it for less. Before I went ahead with the fix, Massi went over all my options, as they also had options to replace instead of repair. Obviously I went with the repair if you are reading this. Service was so fast, they were able to fix it the same day-although I wasn't able to pick it up the same day. Everyone I spoke to here was marvelous, and I won't hesitate to use them again. Buyer Beware: You will NOT save money. Go directly to Apple. They fixed our computer. But, we were consistently told 5-7 days and that happened 4-5 times. They ship your computer out of state and they are not initially forthcoming that that will happen. Charges increase dramatically. When we had concerns, they did NOT listen to our concerns. When we chose alternate options, they did not listen to those either which caused further delays. I even spoke to the Manager through which I was mansplained and my concerns were ignored. TBH I worry my privacy was violated by going to this place as they asked for sensitive iCloud information. Maybe this is standard practice, but it certainly did not feel right. I know they are able to repair without it, but they still ask for your passwords and personal information. Apple specifically just tells you to log out of the cloud yourself. read more

I have a 2011 iMAC that the Apple store would not touch. I called and explained that the computer would not turn on because the on/off button was stuck and that the computer was running Photoshop very slowly.
