I told him clearly I just wanted my fade cleaned up for the weekend. He said it would be charged as a full haircut, which I understood and agreed to. Without any conversation or confirmation, he proceeded to cut about 4 inches off the top of my hair -- something I never asked for. When I told him I wasn't happy, he tried to brush it off and say it was still a good cut. That completely misses the point -- it's not what I asked for. After reading other reviews, it seems like this isn't a one-off issue. If you're someone who cares about your hair and expects your barber to actually listen, I'd be cautious coming here. It feels like a gamble.
