The second time I arrived the salon was locked up and there was no one there. I called the number that had texted me my appointment reminders and she said she would come unlock the salon and get a hold of the esthetician. The esthetician showed eventually. My third appointment was supposed to be this afternoon, but the esthetician called in sick so I'll have to be seen at a later date.
