Dad and I were after an afternoon of pampering, so we ended up at Le's Luxury Nails Spa, which sits in a small plaza on Back Beach Road/Highway 98. We were after mani/pedi's and we got just that with a Deluxe Manicure and a Deluxe Sunset Pedicure. For both of us, it came to around $120, which seemed fair and was worth it for us both. Process started in the nice reclining massage chairs and ended at the nail tables. Our technicians were wonderful. They were friendly, efficient and great at treating our feet's and fingers right! They agreed to take the 3 of us for pedicures at 1030. There were only two people working and one had to leave halfway through my sister's pedicure. Essentially, one technician did 2.5 pedicures. This meant it took awhile to get all of us done, but she was very sweet, was hardworking, thorough but efficient! And we had nothing else to do. One of the best pedicures I've ever had. WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I'm from LA and recently moved to PCB, FL. NBD. And I *really* needed my nails done but I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. My friend, who lives here, checked out Google and she found this place called 'Le's Nail & Spa' and there was a menu price for mani/pedi that Special Deluxe Spa Manicure & Pedicure Package --- $43 I was like, "$43... Not bad." So we called up there using the phone number from Google and this lady picked up and VERY rudely said that the cost for a mani/pedi was $70. I explained to her that we were looking at her advertising on Google and she vehemently denied it. She literally said, "I don't know what you're talking about. I'm here with a customer and I can't see what you are talking about!" I was like, OkAAAAAY. Well, it being Spring Break, we decided to drive up there and show her the prices online and see if she would honor the price online. There was exactly ONE lady in there getting nail services and the whole place was empty. And it's a really big place so it looked very sad. ANYWAY - we asked about pricing and went through the whole thing over again. And the lady was like, "... I KNOW YOU CALLED UP HERE ALREADY. AND I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU GOT THAT FROM BECAUSE THAT'S NOT US!" Then she proceeded to take out a brochure and tell us that this was her menu pricing and whatever we looked at online was NOT her. And this is REALLY strange because literally the SAME GOOGLE SEARCH gave us HER business address and phone number. WEIRD. Anyway, we accepted that we might be wrong and I decided just to get a plain deluxe manicure for $20. But guess what, the woman who did my manicure was BRUTAL on my cuticles. So much so that they bled. In fact, when she finished I said, to her, "That was the most painful experience I've ever been through." I wanted to cry. She didn't have much response but after I had already picked out a color, she asked me to pay in advance and that's when she hit me with a $25 dollar fee instead of $20. Apparently, the "Deluxe Manicure" for $20, DID NOT come with color. What??? And let me tell you, she specifically said that she grew up in PCB from birth, so she didn't have any excuses where language is concerned. I was EXTREMELY honest and open about what I wanted and how much I was going to pay for it. Her reply was, "That's just what we charge." WHAT? She literally up-charged me by $5 to milk me for money. I was so disgusted. I said, "I'm done. I don't want to do this anymore. Stop. My fingers hurt anyway." She convinced me that perhaps a shiny buff was in order - so I said yes to that. I told her that I wasn't going to pay $25 because I wanted to tip her and THAT'S what was written in their menu: $20 DELUXE MANICURE. The first thing she said before hello was "mind your children, keep your feet off everything, don't sit on the white couch." Then when we sat down for my little girls to put their feet in the water, my little girl said ouch it's too hot. Her response, it's not hot, it just looks hot. I felt the water and it burned the back of my wrists. I asked her to turn it cooler and she rolled her eyes at me and ignored me. She was extremely condescending and rude. So we ended up leaving before giving them our business. There was another lady there waiting her turn who walked out with us because of the disappointment in the way she treated her customers. This is by far the best nail spa I've EVER been to! Jasmine and her family are super talented people and the creations that come out of this salon and phenomenal! I always book appointments with Jasmine and her concentration and treatment is always above and beyond each and every time. I attached a couple different photos of my favorite different sets of acrylics I've gotten done. I've never had a single nail fall off and never any problems with anything. And as far as customization - There's sooo much they can and will do it's amazing. They take very good care of you and even take extra steps to make sure each and every customer is satisfied with it all. No nail salons can compare. I never leave without a smile on my face. I arrived as a walk-in to have a refill SNS. They said they had time as they did not look busy with only three other customers. A young lady wrapped my nails in foil to soak and after 30 minutes, which is longer than I have ever waited to soak nails, I inquired how much longer. She had moved on to another customer at that point in time. She very abruptly and rudely raised her voice at me and told me she didn't know, that my nails had not soaked off yet. Mind you she had never checked on them since originally wrapping so she had no idea. But after 30 minutes of soaking I can assure you the SNS had soaked off. I was so shocked at her rude response I came very close to pulling the foil off myself and leaving the salon to go to another salon to finish my nails. I really wish I had done that. See the attached pictures of the terrible quality for work. Finally another tech came to begin my nails. After just a couple of minutes I was instructed to get my things and move to another station where an older lady finished my nails after over an hour and a half. In the meantime another customer arrived and noted she had a 2:30 PM appointment. After almost 30 minutes they finally started working on her nails. Between the rudeness and the terrible quality of work I will never ever return to this location. After one day the topcoat started to peel on my left thumb. And after only five days multiple nails have started lifting from the nail bed. Poor technique and poor quality. read more

I've been going to Le's for awhile now pretty frequently. I used to have short brittle nails and would occasionally get gel. I started doing sns dip powder one day just to try it and now I'm addicted. I always feel welcome here and taken care of. They have mimosas and wine for all your girl spa day needs. My nails are always gorgeous and I don't have to go but every few weeks with the sns. I work with my hands a lot (I'm in the medical field and constantly put on gloves and use my hands and I work out frequently) yet the paint doesn't come off. I definitely recommend this place in general but especially if you're at pier park trying to find a place. The other nail salons usually are more packed by people that are at pier park (and don't want to drive half a mile west) and they do a fast cheap job after you wait for hours that will leave the polish chipping after a few days. Where to start? Let's go for the only positive and why they got A star... The nails were done efficiently... Now to why I cannot give them more than 1 star: Nothing is as described in on their website or the reviews, apparently they have enough customers... they weren't looking to grow their client list by even making me feel welcome coming in the door (I should have turned around and left then, but I had made an appointment...) Greeting was "what do want" after I answered(dip nails and lash extensions) I was told to "sit over there" indicating a nail station. No offer of something to drink, and when I asked later, I was ignored... as we went through the nail process I was told it would be slightly higher since I want French and glitter... (he never asked about the French part) no worries $ 5 bucks no issue - for a total of $50 (more about that later though) Then it went all the way downhill- since the female owner went out of her way to be make the lash experience uncomfortable and painful ...and did not consult me on what I wanted with my lashes, except to say " you want mink?" - so I told her yes and I wanted pretty full, but only "semi" since lash extensions in the inner corner of my eyes bugged me ... pretty sure she heard me The application was clumsy and she kept poking my eyelid with the tip of sharp tweezers used... when I winced and mumbled in pain (you don't want to move a lot with sharp instruments around your eyes) I was ignored, so I figured I'd grin and bear it - to get it over with. Finally finished, eyes red, watering and irritated.. which she said would go away in a half hour or so... it's just starting to calm down second day after.. Then, she started telling me I didn't have enough lashes to get what I wanted, etc etc (very sharply, bullying) and showed me pictures she had taken At NO POINT had she said there was any issue with my natural lashes, what I wanted done, nor showed me pictures-- PRIOR to starting the application.. She said she did full set so the charge was $200 instead of $150 for the semi I had requested... Note: the extensions are not at all how I wanted them. If she had informed me that she could not do what wanted BEFORE, we started I could have made an informed decision. I have been getting lash extensions for around 3-4 years now, so I do have realistic expectations... To finish off this not so lovely experience, Then she added another $5.00 to the nails .. not a big deal it's more the way it was done, like I was attempting to cheat her. Which I wouldn't of even questioned, if her husband (co-owner) had not already set a new price. I did tip, not as much as I would have... but decent-- although I'm sort of sorry I did tip, I just have a hard time not tipping. Their site speaks profusely of a great services and atmosphere.. I found one service satisfactory, lashes were more like torture: no consultation, tinny loud radio while doing lashes, and the rest as described Obviously I won't be back, cannot even call them to fix issues, since I do want to be worked on or bullied by this lady again. read more

I have had numerous disappointing experiences (even from several of the highest Yelp rated nail salons in the city). I cannot rave enough about Jasmine & all of the staff at Le's. From the second I walked in, I was warmly welcomed. Every question/concern I had was addressed & after showing them pics of what I wanted, they were able to immediately show me watermarked pics of work they had done in the past that met my expectations. Fast forward to the outcome of my PERFECT Ombrè pink & white nails and a phenomenal gel pedicure that was exactly color matched to what I requested. I could not be happier! My daughter was sick all night throwing up so i tried to call at 8 and then again at 9AM to let them know but no one answered, so after I took care of my daughter for an hour I called back a little after 10 to let them know and try and reschedule. (If there was any way we could have made it we would have but she was sooo sick and I didn't want to do it without her because it was a Mother's Day gift) the lady who answered (who by the way was rude when we made the appointment) said "NO, I'm too hard to make appointment for that many people I no book you again and hung up on me!!" I understand it's hard to book 4 people, but it was an unavoidable thing, we didn't intend to do it! There is no reason to be a rude bitch and hang up on a customer that is trying to make it right! Sooo...you take your appointment and shove it up your ass and I'll go somewhere else with my almost $300 worth of business! In response to her ridiculous comment. People with Covid don't throw up, that's not even a symptom are you serious??!! I asked her if they use Nova lashes/adhesive and she went off on me in a rude tone and talked on and on about how she can do anything and she is the owner and then hung up on me. ****EDIT**** I'm changing my review of this salon because of the business owner. Not 24 hours after my review was posted the owner sent me a message about my review claiming that I am a fake yelp user (who is apparently also a part of yelp elite), and she has been outright rude for no reason. I didn't even leave a negative review, but she has already jumped into defense mode. I am from Atlanta, and I came to pcb often for vacation, but I will NEVER step foot inside such a shady and unprofessional establishment again. Stay far away from people who pretend to be nice to your face to take your money, but turn around and be a completely ugly person over the internet. Just because I'm Vietnamese doesn't mean that I am not allowed to pamper myself with a manicure or pedicure on occasion, and that was such an ignorant thing to say to me. I'm usually very proud of my Vietnamese roots, but coming across unprofessional individuals such as this just makes me sad and embarrassed because we are of the same background, yet you treat me like garbage even though I'm a paying customer. I personally did not have a horrific experience here, but I only came in to get my fingernails painted. A basic polish change here is $7, so it's not badly priced. The tech who painted my nails was very friendly, and I can see how he can build a large clientele with his sense of humor. He did a really good job, but there was one slight air bubble on one of my fingers, but I'm pretty sure if I would've said something he would've fixed it, but it honestly wasn't a huge deal for me. I'm sure this is through no fault of theirs, but my polish started to peel off the next day, but I did spend a day at the beach and that can be really abrasive on polish and your nails, so I'm sure that had something to do with it. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 4 is because of the service my companion received. The tech that did her manicure and pedicure was very nice and friendly, but I think he may be new, and he could definitely use more training. My friend also isn't much of a complainer, so she didn't mention anything throughout her services, but once we left I noticed how lopsided and sloppy her French pedicure looked. Because we're from out of town and was in town for a wedding, it would've appreciated it if they would've provided her with a tech who knew how to do a nice french pedicure, but I guess he has to learn somehow. I just hope he doesn't do a French pedicure like that for anyone who's nasty and rude. So about a week ago I was in PCB for vacation. So of course I already had my nails done. However the lady Who did them back here at home did them too thin and they just started breaking off left to right! I only had them for 4 days. However Jasmine ( the nail tech) said that they are done poorly and maybe be best and cheaper to get a full set. At that point I was livid I had to pay another 60 dollars for my nails. However jasmine with confidence said she was going to make sure they are done right this time and was quite friendly and keeping me calm. Long story short she did her magic. I had the ombré pink and white but she insist I do that but have em glow in the dark. I was skeptic but she made it easy to trust her! The whole time as she worked she kept conversation that was intriguing and fun. We had a good time. I wish she was in Atlanta but if I'm ever in PCB I will definitely be hitting her up! I had nail service there yesterday, in which I had an appointment at 430 pm. Nail salon it was slightly busy when I arrived. Wait for 20 mins before being serviced. I received a pedicure by the tech, she was great. She had another customer for a pedicure, so after we finished, she sat me at the manicure table. There were three additional nail tech working. I was waiting to be next for who finished up with their clinic first. Waiting for about 20 mins, when a young lady showed up about 620 asking was it too late for a dip, the staff said no and sat her at one of the manicure stations . One of the nail tech had just finished a pedicure and I assumed I was next, only needed a manicure nothing fancy. She set down and started working on the young lady who asked for a dip....just arriving no appointment. I got up and went to pay my bill for the pedicure. The nail tech who was just starting on the clinic who had just arrived was checking me out, I explained to her I was next granted had been waiting since getting done with pedicure. She stated you should made an appointment, I told I had appointment. Basically I was skipped over. Rude and bad customer service, my first and last appointment. I went in today and was welcomed in a positive manner. Everyone with whom I interacted was friendly. The gentleman who did my SNS Nails (I'd venture to say he's the owner), did an excellent job. I noticed that there is another nail salon down the street named Lee's. I DID NOT go there. However, it looks like another Yelper inadvertently confused that Lee's nail salon with Le's nail salon and left a negative review for the wrong place.
