He was so patient, very understanding and was very gentle (especially poking a needle in my mouth). The staff were also great and super welcoming. They were polite, chatty and were very smiley. Such a great customer service and it makes you feel good walking into the clinic. The location is also great. They have a lot of parking and their office is homey. And one last thing, They are great with kids. I took my pre-toddler here and they were quick and a bonus point, they gave him some goodies and he was happy.

They expect payment when scheduling before any work is done which is a bad sign and I definitely experienced some burnout vibes here: condescending attitude toward patient satisfaction, lacking empathy, and recommending work that I am not sure was necessary. Seem to care more about profit and really felt like they like the profit but not as much actually providing positive experiences here. Would definitely not recommend for anyone with dental anxiety. You can tell that Dr. Bo takes his staffing very seriously by the way they conduct themselves in their patient care and also safety & disease preventions. During Covid, their office was always following all Covid safety measures (not every dental office was) - I never had to worry when I brought my son in for his appointments. If you come a few minutes early to your appointment they have a fun game room for the kids to play, they always have a fun show on during the appointment for your kiddo to watch, and they also have a reward system for their toy store that they earn money for at each cleaning.
