Please look at all photos before you decide to book. Super easy process, but the longevity isn't worth the high pricing. This was my first time getting lash extensions and I needed them for a birthday trip. I was actually going to another lady who unfortunately canceled right before the appointment. I was in desperate need for anyone with availability on such short notice, that I came here. My initial thought was that pricing was higher than most home based technicians. (150$ for classics, 160$ for hybrids, and 180$ for volume) (Id never pay that much again this quality of work) One gave one star because The vibe was relaxing enough that I fell asleep, and it took about 3 hours. The problem came when the lashes started falling out extremely fast. I have friends who also have extensions so I'm well aware of how to take care of them. Even with proper aftercare the retention wasn't there. By the 5th day my lashes looked like they needed a fill, and on the 7th they were extremely sparse. I do have oily eyelids so I made sure I followed her after care instructions to a T. When they kept falling out, I reached out to her to explain what was happening and got no response. I was disappointed that she did not even take the time to reply with any solutions or advice. If retention isn't a problem for you, nor is the higher pricing, then you may have a better experience than I did. Otherwise, I would look else where.
