But, later, after the x-ray and the cleaning, A RECEIPT WAS SHOVED UNDER MY NOSE AND I WAS BILLED A FEE (I have insurance). So, it was simply lies atop another lie from the time that I walked in the door. Their office manager was rude when I later called to discuss the bill. She obviously had a problem admitting the LIE. I might have casually accepted the "fee" but I cannot accept LIES. I WILL NOT RETURN HERE AND I CAUTION YOU TO FIND A DIFFERENT PROVIDER.

The doctors and staff are incredibly knowledgeable. Before any actual treatment began the doctors met with me and my daughter to assess what needed to be done. They did not rush us through or push us to make a decision. I truly felt as though the best care for my daughter was their only concern. During her treatment I have never been "left out of the loop" . They explain each procedure, why it's being done and what the result should be. The explanation is also given to my daughter. She is included in her care. I think that's huge. From the moment you enter the office the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. A manic situation in an office can lend itself to increasing the anxiety a patient feels. The office environment at F & S helps to greatly reduce that. The staff is caring, kind and compassionate. Each visit tends to feel more like you are visiting a friend than having dental work. I am grateful I chose F&S to take care of my daughter. Hello? wasn't it obvious. There was a lack of communication there. Recently I finished my gift card receiving a microderm for myself and my sister, both of our first time. When we arrived the doc who does these procedures didn't know he had 2 services to do (it was for 4:30) and seemed a little ticked off about that. He came in and out, and seemed to rush through it. The microderm did absolutely nothing to my skin or my sister's skin. we had the oxygenation serum, at the doc's recommendation, and I did not notice anything from that as well. We left with greasy, oily skin that had serum all over it and was so uncomfortable that I came home and washed my face to get it off. Now that my gift card is all gone, I will go some where else for my spa experiences

Last summer I was out with a few of my friends for a ladies night out and came to the realization that a lot of my friends were doing things to keep themselves looking younger. One of my friends, in fact was a client at Vive. I made an appointment to see Dr. Yee. They charge a nominal consultation fee that is used towards any treatments with which you decide to go forward. I got a consult at another place a couple and they got me quite scared. They said we would inject this for you, zap that for you etc. Honestly, I was chicken just expecting the just just get the consultation. My experience at Vive, however, was the exact opposite. Dr. Yee took the time to discuss in detail the options that were available to me, including those that were not offered at Vive. The differences in the treatments, the results to expect, what to expect during and after were all thoroughly explained in detail. I felt very reassured about what I was doing. I decided to try some Dysport to treat some frown lines. I was told it could take up to two weeks to get the full effect. But nonetheless, if I had any questions or concerns to call the office at any time. I was offered an appointment for a check up at two weeks, which I took. I thought the results looked great, but Dr. Yee gave me a small touchup at no charge. He felt that this would optimize the result and have it perhaps last longer. I absolutely love my results and will return at the three to four month point for another treatment!

He went above and beyond expectations. I appreciate his diligence and dedication to his patient's care. I now sleep so much better and my husband thanks you too - no more snoring!! My step daughter…read morestarted having an issue with a loose tooth and the dentist claimed it wasn't loose even though I can see it moving with my own eyes, then she had a chipped tooth from when she fell at a public pool a few years ago but the "dentist" proceeded to insinuate that my wife was in a car accident or something with her daughter in the car or just plain abusive or negligent. Then since my wife doesn't believe in vaccines because they are known to cause autism, he continued to badger her about that decision. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place for having a dogs teeth looked at let alone your child. All of this because her regular dentist office keeps rescheduling due to not having a dentist in the office
