They called and left me a voicemail the Thursday before cancelling because they were not going to be in the shop. I called back on Friday morning and got no answer but left a message for them to call me to reschedule. Did not hear from them so I called Monday afternoon. The woman that answered told me they had been doing a wedding on Saturday which was why they had to cancel my appointment. She was unable to find a time to fit me in. They could not do an evening appointment that week and once again were unable to schedule anything for a Saturday since they were doing another wedding. I am going elsewhere. Cancelling on a regular client to take on other business does not seem wise. Definitely not the kind of service I was used to when this was Splash and Ashley was there.

She was an ace. My hair grows fast for an old lady so I had it cut to my chin ,but my summer it will be to my shoulders and by next year it will be four inches below shoulders. She cut off 25 inches! They are very professional and are familiar with a wide variety of products and hair of all types. This salon has the usual "regular" customers but always seems to find time to fit the "procrastinator" (usually me!) into their schedule. This salon does it all! Kid's cuts, infant haircuts (really cute!), up-do's, spiral perms, wash/sets, color, corrective color services, facial waxing and a host of other services all priced well below the competition. The atmosphere is very family-ish. The kids can play outside in the yard or on the basketball court in the driveway while mom and dad are catered to. Hair care products are well stocked and very reasonable in price. If you need a product that isn't on the shelf...just ask! I've heard many customers comment that this is the best salon that they have ever patronized. I, for one, will agree with that!
