3x's is not the charm!…read more 1st time, I was stuck in traffic and I called spa to report I might be a few minutes late. They were super standoffish and said if I was late, they could not accomodate me and I would be charged for no show. I was literally sitting in traffic on 95 behind a bad accident and nothing I could do. I asked if they could atleast let me reschedule and I was told no. 2nd time, I did an express tan and I had to call the spa to let them know, 4-5 hrs later, I had no color on me at all. I had to go back the next morning to get sprayed again. 3rd time was last week, the night before I was leaving for vacation and I asked for a dark spray. I woke up the next morning and barely had any color at all. I showed up at airport and first thing my family said "didn't you get sprayed yesterday"??!! I always feel rushed. I always feel as if they spend 2 total minutes spraying you and I can barely feel the mist. Employees are super nice. That's the only positive. Their prices have gone up and up over past year and its just not worth it anymore. Too many other options out there. I'm done.

I hope the owner knows how disrespectful their staff is to people that are trying to spend money to feel good. no one wants a spray tan on a rainy day. i did not deserve the way they treated me.

I yelped and found this place in close proximity to my casa and that there was a Yelp deal (double win) I emailed Brenda ( who is super sweet btw) and she had a facial cancel on her and advised me that a 10 am was available we correspnded through email but she has a phone number for business as well. I arrived a few minutes before and waited in probably the cutest waiting room i had ever seen TONS of bumble bees and cute little nick nacks. Brenda was finishing up with a client and a few minutes later she was ready for me. I have never had a wax with strips ( im used to the hard wax) and i usually de robe from the bottom down but Brenda provided me with cotton like panties to wear during the wax. The STRIPS were VERY PAINFUL i mean getting waxed is not like being licked by kittens at all but ive been getting waxed for YEARS and it def hurt. All and all i was pretty happy with the results and if i was ever in a pinch again i would def call/email Brenda. The only reason why this isnt a full 5 star review is the pricing. Brazilians are 72.00 thats more than im used to paying even with tip. Its def a great wax but the price point is just out of my range (buying the yelp deal really helped me out ALOT ) I also didnt even think about it until i left but part of my brazilian wax at any other place includes a back door clean up. My waxer did a great job. She took her time, measured/waxed/trimmed/plucked to perfection. She took the time to go over some tips and tricks with me and I left feeling like a new person. They require masks during the service, which they had for you to grab at the salon. Love that as we were very up close and personal and I know germs are flying around this time of the year.
