That day we were heart broken and I knew we would want to keep our little girl with us. So, off to yelp to look for an answer. Our girl was only given 2 months to live, 3 years ago due to a severely enlarged heart that she was born with. Although we knew her days with us were numbered, we didn't have a plan... we just knew we would cremate her. I called here and got pricing and a general idea and we brought Lucy in. They have a "family room" as I call it and I placed Lucy in there to say our last goodbyes to our sweet angel. When we were getting the arrangements, I wanted my mom and me to have a moment so we did the paw prints and a clipping of her hair. The paw prints were perfect and they picked the cutest blend of fur at her ears where she had a beautiful blend of her red and black. Our sweet little girl came back home a week or so later, I can't remember exactly, but it was quicker than a human cremation. All in all, even though we were heartbroken over losing our baby girl, we were thankful places like this exist to give a dignified end to a perfect baby. Thank you. I think all together it was less than $300 for everything including all the mementos we requested. I dread the day we loose another fur baby, but when that day comes back to haunt us, we will come back here. Again, if you have been led to this, I am sorry for your loss, but you are in excellent hands if you choose to cremate your baby here. They were very respectful and compassionate.

There are so many trees here, it's almost like being buried in a forest. The area where we had our graveside service was very well maintained, but in the older parts of the cemetery I noticed a lot of pine cones and pine tree needles on the ground and the grass was pretty high. Oddly enough, this cemetery is right next to Northern Arizona University - young people starting out in life next to others whose lives have come to an end.

I was shown the new cement pad where the new crematorium is being built. What a terrible thing to point out to someone who just days before had suddenly lost their spouse. The only thing I can think of is that it is less expensive than the other mortuary in Flagstaff. They botched everything up from not knowing where my loved one was, where I could retrieve his wallet and then told me I couldn't get death certificates for months due to an autopsy. We had told them when we filled out the forms that we did not want one but they had it done anyway. Totally unprofessional and the owner is totally insensitive to grieving families. There is a woman there that was more courteous.

We had a smaller wedding and ordered the bride's bouquet, a jr. bridesmaid's bouquet, the groom's boutonniere, and a few dozen white roses for table decor. They are super well organized and keep track of all orders and notes in their client portal. They base their bouquets on inspiration photos, and you can see what flowers they are planning to use on the portal. Make sure you are vocal about anything you may not like and answer all of their questions in a timely manner to ensure all visions are executed correctly. I recommend you make any needed changes at least two weeks before the event, as they order flowers a few weeks in advance. They were great to work with and delivered our flowers to the venue on time and as planned.
