So I marked on my calendar May 31 to cancel. I promptly called that day to cancel, & was then told I had to come in to cancel. Seriously? I wasn't in the area & was unable to come in. I said, "I'll be there tomorrow." June 1, I arrive in the morning in person at their latest request to cancel the tanning for the month. "Oh, we've already charged your card for the whole month of June." EXCUSE ME???? It was charged at 2 am last night I'm told. I told her to cancel the charge. She said she can't do that. Of course you can. It's a bank card, cancel it. They refused. I paid for an extra month I won't be using. What a scam! Made me sad because I really liked this place & planned on using it yearly, but not with poor policies like this. My money will go elsewhere. Tip: Pay in cash so they can't highjack your card.

I've been to many different salons through the years and usually come across snotty staff members that appear that I'm bothering them when I come in. Not here though . I've been with them for over a year and a half and haven't run in to a bad apple yet. The place is always clean including the bathrooms . They also have wet wipes in the bathroom to take off makeup if you choose prior to tanning. They also have specials every so often on their lotions etc. Hours of operation are also good too. The girls have all been helpful, courteous and informative. They have stand up beds and I have no complaints. She found them all, including the ones in my calves and my arms that most people kinda gloss over. She knows her stuff, the pressure was perfect, and I could move much easier after the session. When you turn onto (south) Marsh Street, you will pass the Family Express on your right (red/pink roof) and there will be Ore street turning right. The building you want is the same building that houses Culture Shock but it's on the rear side (west) of the building. Turn on Ore Street and then turn left into the parking lot for the rear of the building and you will see the sign for Sandy's Tanning and Nail Salon on the left. If you miss the turn you can hit Southpoint Circle and turn into the back lot that way. Once you know where it is, it seems easy, but GPS failed me the first time, and I was wandering around further south near Terry's Discount Windows and More like an idiot for a few minutes wondering if the business moved.
