This woman did not part my hair before she cut my bangs and so now they look very silly and there is zero texture or definition to my hair like the photo showed. I was very clear about my bad experiences with hair and what i wanted as well as showed a photo. My ends are not cut in a v they are choppy looking and my hair gets frayed out when i straighten it because she didnt define anything. She did not do anything i asked and is refusing to give me a refund and keeps arguing with me that she has all this experience yadda yadda and is basically telling me she didnt do anything wrong which she very much so did. One of the worst hair stylists ive ever been to. If you want hair that makes you feel like a movie star or a model, go to ulta. Istudios is awful. She was also awful at communication and is refusing to admit the cut she gave me looks nothing like what i showed her.

She is so good and so nice. The salon is small, but neat, clean and nicely decorated. Instead, I experienced ageism, misogyny, and a guy whose ego seems to know no bounds. If you are over 45, I suggest you don't even try this salon. Timothy rolls his eyes about his mother's "performance" when doing his laundry. Timothy does not care about his clients in equal measure. If you are over 65, you won't get a very warm welcome that lasts for very long. Do yourself a favor and skip this place!
