The owner (Dane) refused to take responsibility for this and blamed everything else he could think of. Once the credit card company sided with me and pulled the part of the payment he decided to replace it but still made me pay for another core. Once received, the second "new" motor didn't work properly. Dane once again refused to take responsibility and said that they no longer service a boat as old as mine. (They did when they took my money) Now the scone "new motor" from them needs to be replaced. I have a motor that has been in the boat since before I bought it in 2017 that works perfectly, and 2 of Lakeside Marine's motors have gone bad under the exact same conditions. Dane pretended like he was going to replace the motor to stall me, now the only thing this company will respond to is a law suit. I am not the only one that went through this with them. ***Buyers beware!!!!!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE: I have a 2009 E350 sport that I switched all my bulbs to LED. I got them all…read moreworking but when I was installing the last bulb on the driver side headloght the wires were stripped and must've made a short. They would work but flicker then headlights stopped working. Only the yellow fog lights worked. Fuses were good. I replaced the headlights And nothing. Turned out I needed to replace the SAM. Something I can DIY, but this would need programming from Mercedes tech after install, so a shop would need to do it. I got a quote of $1,000 to replace and program the SAM From Solo. They said this would fix my issue and my LED's would work. When I went to pickup the car they charged me $200 more claiming Mercedes tech price went up from when they quoted me. Whatever if they got them to work but they didn't. They only got my headlights to work with regular bulbs. They didn't even install bulbs correctly claiming they couldn't screw them in. They wanted to charge me extra to remove the bumper to install the bulbs. I was like no! You don't need to remove the bumper to install bulbs. Only to replace headlights do you need to remove the bumper. My blinkers didn't work. My yellow fog lights passenger side flickered. It took me 20mins to properly install the bulb In the parking lot at advance auto parts. Replaced the LED bulbs for the blinkers and fog lights with regular bulbs to get them to work. Basically I paid $1,200 to be back to square one doing half of the work myself. Now I have to find someone that knows that can get my LED bulbs to work. Their politeness and professionalism was deceitful. I felt taken advantage of and ripped off. Never again will I take my cars to them. Not to mention I let them know I live in Duluth and took it to their location in Gainesville an hour away. CISTOMERS BEWARE!!!

They should not have even gone and pushed an instrument into the area. (Saw them do it) And when I said something about it, the owner went ballistic on me. Telling me that my car was cheap and that he tints cars that cost over $200,000. I don't think that was necessary and if this condensation don't dry up within a few days I'm definitely going to take legal action. And I mean that.

I emptied the contents of the car so that the cleaners could clean everything. Before getting out of the car, I pointed out two stains (one on the ceiling above the driver side door and one on the ceiling in the rear seat) and asked they be cleaned. When I got the car back to go home, I didn't notice until I got home that the stains were not touched and the glove box was DIRTY...crumbs etc. They are so busy they miss details. I drove my dad's other car down to wash and detail it and was told they closed for the day. No notice on their FB page of the closing. Oh well. I drove back up to Sautee and waited for another time. Today was the next time I could go down (a few months later...now Feb 2025). I called Diamond to make sure they were open and when they were open. I was told at 9:30 that they were opening about 10:30 or 11 due to the cold weather. I drove down and got there a little after 10:30. I was told they weren't opening the wash/detail until noon. I explained to the woman at the counter that I called after 9 and was told 10:30 or 11. She replied the weather was to blame. I said it was sunny outside and the person told me 10:30 or 11 am. The young woman said the workers weren't coming in till later. Oh....so the workers come in when they want and I guess leave when they feel like it. The young woman got snotty and said "Honey, come back later." I'm not her honey and her rudeness is a fine example of why young people need training to work with the public. I will never return to Diamond again.
