I brought it into Damien's for a quote and met with Damien. He provided me a very reasonable quote and said that his office manager would schedule the appointment. My car was finished in a few days and it the exact color match. It looks amazing. They were a pleasure to work with. They were accommodating and finished the job on time. The manager & crew were incredible. They immediately put my car on a lift, removed the tire & showed me that the tire was damaged beyond repair. At that point one of the crew called Skips Tires to see if they had a used tire which would fit my car. My husband arrived & they loaded my damaged tire & rim in his car so we could pick up the replacement at Skips & bring it back to be installed. And here is the most amazing part - when we got back they installed the tire for me & charged us nothing! Needless to say, all of our future oil changes will be done by Victory Lane & I hope anyone reading this will do the same.

I took my vehice in for an oil change at the beginning of February. the service was fine but my…read moreissue is with a technician Manny. he was very friendly and knowledgeable at first. professional and informative. towards the middle of the service he stated that he does car work on the side and also buys and sells cars. he asked for my number so he could text me his in case I ever needed car work outside of what victory law has to offer. the texts I received from him were not vehicle related at all. when I told him I was not interested in dating or being hit on he said he understood but the texts kept progressively getting more and more uncomfortable. after back and forth for about a week I told him I was uncomfortable and to stop texting. he responded in a irritated manner. it's taken me a bit to form my opinions for my review. I understand that this could be a one of situation but i also could be a long line of people who have dealt with the same issue. because of this I cannot recommend this place. this ma now has my phone number and can easily look up the rest of my details in the database. i tried to call both the local store and corporate and did not receive a call back.
