Amazing Service, big thanks to Jeff....he knows what he's doing & when you need a tow it's always more than just popping a car up on the platform. Additionally, Jeff drives a rig with airbags, so if you have a lowered car, he's got experience towing/loading these (my sons car is cambered & lowered, about 2-3" clearance & Jeff was a total pro.....even checked if he could maybe pop-clutch start it as an alternative to towing but we'd already determine it wouldn't work). They are AAA certified, but keep in mind that lowered cars aren't covered by the AAA tow-policy - still, $150 was a great price to make sure a valuable car wasn't left in a parking lot overnight! I was stuck on the side of the road with my dually truck. I made a call to Wayne's Towing dispatch, which was answered on the first ring. A very pleasant woman made sure I was ok before getting details. We spoke about my issue, confirmed my details and assured me that picking up my dually was not an issue. She sent Dale who showed up earlier than anticipated and got right to work. He was very professional and courteous. I used Wayne's towing through AAA- their employee, Joe said he would be there in 20 minutes so once 30 minutes passed I called him because I was worried he couldn't find me. Right when he picks up, I asked if he was having any trouble finding me and he said no he just wasn't on the way yet and I said okay and he said... "What, are you in a hurry or something" in a very condescending manner. So I kindly said "No I'm just a woman alone on the side of the road". He shows up an hour later and I didn't say anything to him. He tells me directions and hands me a yellow card and says "you can call and complain that I was late". But I wondered, so I contacted AAA. They wrote back: Good morning, Mr. ________: Your membership covers you for 100 miles of towing. Anything after that is $7 per mile. They do a lot with AAA here in town- they were the ones sent to me the last two times I had an issue. Both guys were nice and got there fast and were done fast! They run a great business and if you are ever on the fence, gold/platinum/idk what it's called that I have but the good package from AAA IS WORTH IT! i let the gas run OUT OUT one of the times and they put in a complimentary gallon and a half or so and I was able to get it back on and to the pump in time! read more

Unfortunately this seems to be the only tow company AAA uses and they disappoint every time. I needed a disabled vehicle towed to the dealership to have a key programmed. The old man who showed up was very curt and condescending to me. He asked me twice for the key and both times I told him it wasn't programmed. But he still tried the key and of course it didn't work. It wouldn't matter if it had because he didn't bring the right flat bed wrecker to tow a disabled vehicle. He yelled at me that he had to get it in neutral and I said I wouldn't need a wrecker if the key worked. Then he yelled more that he knew how to do his job. Then ge left when he realized ge showed up unprepared. The next guy they sent came with the appropriate wrecker and was very considerate. Too bad I wasted half my morning with the first guy who was a masogenistic blowhard who can't admit when he's wrong. read more

My car had not been driven for quite a while - we tried to jump start it and it failed ... but called Triple AAA and Doug showed up from Wayne's Towing Service. I had received a notice that a truck would be at the location by 11:08 am; and then an update for 11:25 arrival. (It was 10:00 or so when I called.). But I got a text at 10:45 saying a driver would be there in 10 minutes. Sure enough - he appeared at 10:55 and had the car started (but it needed to go to the dealership) so he got it on the flatbed and literally within minutes he was off to the dealerhip by 11:00am. And I was already headed to my destination. I was INCREDIBLY impressed. If you need a tow, call them, and ask for "Doug". You will be AMAZED by the service. read more

I locked my keys in my car. I am a AAA member and I was directed to Wayne's towing. I was told a time which was a hour away and when I called to get a update on what's gonna Cindy put me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on me. I called back and she yelled and said would you *explecitive* stop calling and hold and put me On hold for another 10 minutes and was hung up on again. I called back and she was very aggressive and wanted to yell at me. My time was moved back each time i called. She was very rude person and she should not be the one answering your phones! If I could give no stars I would. The driver we had come out to tow our vehicle was rude right from the start. He said because of the expired tags he would not be able to tow it under AAA, that it would have to be towed commercially and would cost $175, and that "I needed to figure it out." He kept trying to leave while I was making a phone call about the $175. After I got off the phone and told him that it would be fine to tow it, he started complaining about not knowing the property owners (who are my neighbors) and got in his truck and left without my vehicle, without telling me what was happening with my car. I understand it was 5:30 in the evening, but this tow service is supposed to be 24hrs!! I didnt make him choose this profession, and it's not my fault if he's having a bad day. He was extremely unprofessional right from the start. I will NEVER use this company again, and feel sorry for the people that have to interact with this man in the future.
