They have bent over backwards for me several times when i have been in need. Also, from a year ago: Went to these guys for a full synthetic oil change on 5/23/23 -- their price was $30 cheaper than Jiffy Lube! Then, coincidentally, as I was leaving town at 1230 on 5/26 on 74, my steering wheel started shuddering whenever I steered toward the right at high speed. Immediately turned back to Grease Monkey. Alan accompanied me on a test drive all the way from Monkey Junction back onto 74 to troubleshoot, ordered two control arms on the spot, shoehorned me into their schedule and had me back on the road by 4:30PM.
