I took my vehice in for an oil change at the beginning of February. the service was fine but my issue is with a technician Manny. he was very friendly and knowledgeable at first. professional and informative. towards the middle of the service he stated that he does car work on the side and also buys and sells cars. he asked for my number so he could text me his in case I ever needed car work outside of what victory law has to offer. the texts I received from him were not vehicle related at all. when I told him I was not interested in dating or being hit on he said he understood but the texts kept progressively getting more and more uncomfortable. after back and forth for about a week I told him I was uncomfortable and to stop texting. he responded in a irritated manner. it's taken me a bit to form my opinions for my review. I understand that this could be a one of situation but i also could be a long line of people who have dealt with the same issue. because of this I cannot recommend this place. this ma now has my phone number and can easily look up the rest of my details in the database. i tried to call both the local store and corporate and did not receive a call back. read more

Very disappointed. I'm new to the area and was told this shop does car inspections, so I headed over after work and got there around 4:30 PM. Unfortunately, I was told--rather abruptly--that the inspection shop had closed early at 3 PM. Granted, it was the end of the month--May 30th - but you'd think they would be more considerate of customers' needs, especially knowing that 'people being people' wait until the last minute. You'd think the inspection shop would stay open through the end of the business day the last few days of the month...anywho, needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

Wife came in to get her vehicle's annual inspection. We've lived a lot of places, and she referred to it as an "emissions inspection." It was then "man'splained" to her that Victory Lane doesn't do emissions inspections, so she left. I didn't know emissions inspections were not required in Brunswick County either until my dealer told me so. Anyway, there are plenty of other nearby places to take it to. read more

After the mess I went through at Jiffy Lube my brother recommended the place near Tractor Supply. I had been there once to get my inspection for NC plates. This time was for oil and........I have never had a better crew, easier oil change, faster oil change, and enjoyable experience. Had my oil changed in my Tucson. Manny checked me in and out. Great service, friendly and professional. Topped off washer fluid and showed me the air filter was clean and didn't need to be replaced. He even showed me the dip stick after filling up the oil, that it was new and full. There is a 3% charge for credit cards that he told me before paying. I was ok with that. Super thorough, friendly, and made the whole thing stupid easy, communicated everything, had a great personality, and just made the experience smooth from start to finish. Guys where vary nice and they showed me the oil and the filter and they didn't charge me a lot

I was heading home today & suddenly realized that my tire was flat. Victory Lane was right across the highway & since I was afraid to drive any further I pulled in to see if they could help. The manager & crew were incredible. They immediately put my car on a lift, removed the tire & showed me that the tire was damaged beyond repair. At that point one of the crew called Skips Tires to see if they had a used tire which would fit my car. My husband arrived & they loaded my damaged tire & rim in his car so we could pick up the replacement at Skips & bring it back to be installed. And here is the most amazing part - when we got back they installed the tire for me & charged us nothing! Needless to say, all of our future oil changes will be done by Victory Lane & I hope anyone reading this will do the same. read more

Great clean shop with super professional staff. Needed a State Inspection for both of our vehicles and the process was simple and easy. While the work was being done, had the opportunity to watch the team working on other vehicles. Each team member worked well, together and like the vehicles were their own. if i could do ZERO STARS. i would!!!... me and my husband have just moved to the area and we needed a quick oil change. we bought our own things because that's what we usually do, it makes things a little cheaper. when we pulled in no one acknowledged us. one girl was sweeping & looked at us but didn't walk over. another guy was standing outside on his phone & didn't even look up at us. finally the girl walked over & we told them we needed an oil change & we had all our own stuff. she told us that they couldn't use the stuff we brought because it was against policy. she was very rude about it & had an attitude with us the entire time. she didn't even greet us when she finally walked up to the vehicle. i will definitely say i will NEVER return here. -10/10 for sure read more

Customer Service overall was bad. Owner/Manager was nice but the workers were rude, and acted like they didn't want work.

Definitely don't recommend this place at all. First time we went they didn't tighten down the oil filter and was left with a large oil stain in our drive way from it dripping over night. Tried to give it a second try hoping it would be better cause it is quick and conveniently close to our home but that was not the case. Got a tire rotation and they over tightened my center caps and cracked them. The owner was understanding and said he would order new ones. Three months later of being gas lighted and stopping by several times to be lied to over and over, we have yet to receive the new center caps. read more

I went to get inspection on my motorcycle (harley davidson). The man wanted to get on it and ride it into the building, I don't know this man and if he is capable of riding a 800lb motorcycle. So no I'm not for letting anyone on it, no other place has ever done that. read more

I had my oil and air filter changed today at Victory Lane Quick oil change, in Leland. I did not have to wait. I was guided in to a bay, where I was met by the most friendly and knowledgeable staff. I really enjoyed the fact that I could sit in the car with my two fur babies, who were given treats by the staff. The service did not take long and I received a great discount. Went to get an oil change was quoted one price then charged another 23 dollars which the attendant told me was included in the price for a high mileage additive, so a 78.00 dollar oil change turn into over a hundred dollars ,stay away from these guys read more
