This place is so horrible. I really tried to give this place a chance im really patient and understanding but every week this place is hell. Multiple times washer didn't spin my clothes and said it was my fault! and they refused to pay me for another wash in a different washer. Dryers same experience you go a whole cycle thinking they dried and nope most dont work every week its literally laundry roulette! Waste of your time here and money. read more

Completely disgusting!! My husband came here after our washer broke. He said it was dirty, but I figured it was a one time thing. Two weeks later, our new washer has yet to arrive so I came early hoping to avoid crowds. I expected dirt and age, because this shopping center has been around since at least the early 90s, but it's beyond my expectations! Only customer here as soon as it opens and it doesn't seem like they cleaned from the night before. Trash on dirty floor and just dusty. I put my small load in anyway. When I went to wash my hands at the sink after it was FULL of large roaches!!! So disgusting! It's a shame that this is the only option in town and I feel bad for anyone who has no other choice to travel further for another laundromat. If you can, do so. For the conditions of the place, prices are ridiculous too! Cheapest is $4 and jumps all the way to $12. read more

I just moved to Lathrop and this is my nearest laundry mat so I go there because of the distance. It is not very clean but is not disgustingly dirty. The prices are a bit outrageous, $3.75 to wash and $.50 to dry. However there is a variety of different size washers so if you wanted to you could probably do all of them and they're larges mama washer read more

I go here about once a week because I live on 0 street and it's right next to my house but EVERY SINGLE time I go theirs an issue. 1st issue being the machines taking my money and not being able to find a manger to get our money back. Needs a deep cleaning and new paint job, that brick paint is a eye sore. Found a cockroach in the sink when I was folding up my clothes, found a nicer place in Manteca called spin cycle. Super clean, all their machines work and they take tap to pay. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE BY FAR!!! None of the washers work one of them started smelling like burned rubber/started smoking & completely stopped leaving my clothes soaked! A couple of the other washers left my clothes with softener marks all over them didn't rinsed properly at all! There's nobody in the site that can help & tried calling the number listed here on yelp to complain but not surprised at all it was disconnected! All I have is a bunch of cameras seen by what I'm taking the owners as witness & a bunch of crack heads coming in & out! Don't come here... I wished I would have read the reviews before coming! I also come here to wash my mink blankets and a giant quilt that was handed down to me. The place is very well ventilated despite being very small. There's only one folding table so I just wadded my blankets up, threw them in my trunk and folded then at home. The reason for the 4 star is because the giant industrial washer I used kept getting my quarters stuck. When you have to pay $10.25 in quarters, you don't have all day to nudge the machine so the quarter would fall into the machine properly before inserting the next quarter. I'll bring a stick or something to poke it in next time. read more

This place is horrible!!! 70% of the dryers have out of order signs. One of the single load washers that I used started and then after I walked away the door popped open & I had to slam it shut again after I had already waited 30 minutes! Super unprofessional. Put my clothes in the dryer and the machine took 3 of my quarters and I never got them back. Went next door to the gas station. Went back to pick up clothes and the laundry mat closed early at 730 when the sign states that they close at 8. My clothes are now left there over night and there is no number to call. read more

My parents have been coming here for years. Usually they come here to wash our mink blankets yanno the one with tigers or flowers on them LOL. They like to wash it here cause it takes up too much water and such when we wash it at home. Feel free to get a donut or some chinese food down the shopping area while waiting for your laundry. read more

This is my first and last time here. One machine didn't work but I had wasted my laundry detergent and coins to find out it was broke. Next machine sucked up $3.50 and then worked when extra quarters were put in that equal another $3.50. What a rip off and we haven't even dried yet. No one here to reimburse your loss. read more

Wish they would upgrade this place already.. the machines are okay but everything else needs to be fixed/upgraded.. Bathroom is GROSS: no soap, no toilet paper.. would rather wash my hands from the water in the machines.. there's lint on the floor, cracks all over the ceiling and floors. First off the place is filthy * They don't have detergent, softer or bleach in the vending machine (have to go to the salon next door to purchase?). * Change machine is out of order alot. * Some washers actually held together with bailing wire. * It seems the dryers are either turned way down or the traps are not being cleaned but over 2 hours to dry 1 average load is excessive (other laundromats I've been to it takes almost exactly 1hr for both wash and dry) so it costs a lot more then it should. * From who I assume is the owner come in and he just mugs the heck out of you while your doing laundry. * exposed piping and wiring next to washers. read more

Too expensive and no one is there to help u when their machine f**ck up! Not even phone number or paper that you can write the problem or complain! They should close it if they can't help their customer. One last thing make sure that no one close the door coz last time some accidentally close the door while I am inside and can't go out!!!!
