A pharmacy is also located there as well as asian restaurant, so it pretty much marked off anything one needs while waiting for their clothes to get clean! When you walk in the washers are pretty much to the left and the dryers to the right, so very easy to navigate. What I appreciated is that the washers came in 4 different load sizes to choose from, and you could choose between credit or quarters- so helpful to have that option! The dryers came in several different sizes as well, but only took coins. They do have a change machine onsite. It was a busy place, and all machines were operational and it was very clean. They even had a nice sitting area in the back. I would recommend this place for checking all our boxes!

The staff on duty was very pleasant and helpful. I washed bed comforters to give my home washer a break since I had three to wash. One of them didn't wash very well in the $4.75 washer (parts of it was still dry after the wash). I probably should have used a larger machine (the next size up). The others washed just fine; I was able to put two in the $7.75 washer. The dryers didn't give much time (7-8 minutes per quarter) and didn't seem to get very hot. Maybe that's normal, but I wouldn't know. They were almost dry after 2 rounds of 15 minutes on high each, but I decided to finish drying them at home instead of feeding the machine. I would probably go back if the need arises now that I know what to expect. Plus, the staff person on duty was super nice.

I saw a homeless lady opening the dryers and taking out other people's clean clothes. I also saw people there who look like they are doing drugs. On one occasion I saw a male with blood stains on his pants and he was talking to himself (I saw no type of wireless headphones being used, so it couldn't be that). I know having blood on your pants and talking to yourself is not a crime, but I felt unsafe. On another occasion, my friend told me she saw what looked like a gun in the trunk of a car. She saw it when the male opened his car trunk to take the clothes out. I see that there are staff on duty which I appreciate greatly and thank you for that. I still rate this place a 5 star because staff is great, price is reasonable and the equipment is clean and in excellent working condition. I know that those issues are not your fault, but please do something more about the security other than cameras. I would love to keep coming here and in fact I drive 15 minutes just to go here, but I'm starting to feel unsafe at this location. So I drove around and around to stumble upon Laguna Laundry. It was a little hard to see because it sits in the cuts. But I was determined to have clean clothes so I found it!!! And I found Miss Brenda. She was planning her new business as I walked in and we hit it off right away. I explained to her what I was looking for and she promised to do her best and deliver. And She Did!!! She took the best care of my clothes, folded and neatly bagged them. I got a nice text saying my clothing was ready and that made me extremely happy. Clothes look good, smell good and folded nicely so I simply slide them in the dresser. I'm so happy!!! I usually drive to the Bay to have clothes laundered. But now that I've had the Ultimate Experience with Miss Brenda at Laguna Laundry I have no reason to travel far. My clothes are happy to stay. Note: the laundromat is nice and clean.
