I had not been to a laundry mat in over 20 years. This place was a little dated/tethered, but clean. The machines appeared to be in good condition. The staff on duty was very pleasant and helpful. I washed bed comforters to give my home washer a break since I had three to wash. One of them didn't wash very well in the $4.75 washer (parts of it was still dry after the wash). I probably should have used a larger machine (the next size up). The others washed just fine; I was able to put two in the $7.75 washer. The dryers didn't give much time (7-8 minutes per quarter) and didn't seem to get very hot. Maybe that's normal, but I wouldn't know. They were almost dry after 2 rounds of 15 minutes on high each, but I decided to finish drying them at home instead of feeding the machine. I would probably go back if the need arises now that I know what to expect. Plus, the staff person on duty was super nice. read more

Very disrespectful woman short brown hair was one of attendance there that was doing laundry asked me for my basket because I am eight months pregnant and my clothes were four minutes from being done and said that I'm not allowed to hold my basket because there's too many people here. I told her what I'm pregnant and I have to be able to carry all my clothes. I have a lot of clothes and she didn't use the basket for the people. She used the basket for her own purposes for her own work. She should already have a basket put aside for that. This will be the last time I come here. read more

So clean Never a large crowd Machines are priced well $7 machine is my favorite I can wash three small loads or two large loads in it. It takes 23 minutes Dryers get hot hot I like to spread my clothes amongst lots of dryers and today I used 3 . I've been going to this laundromat seems like forever. It's clean and convenient for me. They have three sizes of machine. The clientele is diverse and non-problematic. Lately I've been dropping off for wash and fold at $7 per "load". It seems pretty reasonable to me. They're neat and dependable. Same day service if you get there reasonably early; call ahead to be sure. I keep going back. No complaints here. read more

Can't deny that the facility is clean and the owners are really friendly BUT! their machines are just horrible!!!! i tried being patient and proceeded with my laundry after the first 3 loads going on to the 4th (different washers of course) but two of the washing machines did NOT cycle the water all the way through, no clean/fresh water for the RINSE cycle ugh! what a waist of TIME, MONEY, DETERGENT and FABRIC SOFTENER!!!! not to mention the water is too hard so you really don't get an efficient wash! Then the DRYERS!!! when the coins aren't accepted its suppose to return them to you BUT NOPE!!!! SEVERAL MACHINES do not dispense your money out, so frustrated - like i said the owners and the other lady that work there are very polite - but no chances of me going back. HORRIBLE LAUNDRYMAT!!!! I'm supposed to come here to clean my clothes, but instead I found a RAT!!! This was the worst experience ive ever had. I was already having a bad day, but to make matters worse, the worker had the audacity to have an attitude about the rat like I was the one who put it there. This place is an absolute JOKE & the owner allows random people into his establishment to steal other people's property, won't show you the camera footage to see who or when they did so, cussed me out and said it was "my problem, next time wash my own clothes else where!" Me and my family were regular customers for 3 long years, always respectful to the owner & this is how we got treated!!! ALL of our belongings were stolen by someone & not a care in the world to him! I now have to replace my daughter & sons wardrobe & my husbands personal & work clothes! Honestly, I don't care what anyone has to say about this situation because MY EXPERIENCE here used to be good & now has turned out TERRIBLE!!! He had no remorse in telling me to F*** off! This was my first time in a laundromat. I had to wash two very large dog beds. The place is clean and the attend was very helpful. They have a large table in the middle to fold clothes. They have vending machines with the supplies you need just In case you did not bring your own to wash. They also have vending machines with coffee, soda, candy, and chips. They also have a few toys for sale to keep little ones entertained. It's $3 for small loads and $6 for a large load like a huge Costco dog bed. It's .25 to dry for 3 minutes in the huge dryer that fit 2 large Costco dog beds. The smaller ones are also .25 for for longer time (I'm not sure how long because I did not use them). They also offer posts services, private mail boxes, copies, faxes, and stamps. They have a Mexican food restaurant near just in case you would like to grad something to eat while you wait. You can also run to Big Lots for some quick shopping. read more

This review is about one person. I've gone here off and on for my larger laundry loads for the last few years and I always had a good experience. However, there were two ladies working today and one of them was EXTREMELY rude. I came and put my things in the washer, but left as they washed bc my child was coughing and sneezing. He won't wear a mask, so I decided it was probably best not to wait in the building. The machines are so old and outdated, they don't have a time on them so I had no way of knowing how long the load would take. However, I came and switched the laundry maybe 30 minutes later. I put my clothes in the dryer and again, left while my things dried. The timer on the dryer read 21 minutes. I live 2 minutes away so I was going to go and come right back. However, my son threw up all over himself and my car before we pulled out of our parking spot, so I had to go home and clean him up before I could come back to grab the pillows. About an hour or so passed before we were able to come back since his car seat cover was being washed and I'm not comfortable driving my child with no car seat. When I came back, one lady told me that my pillow exploded in the dryer and they had to clean it up. I was very apologetic and I told her I would have cleaned it up. I explained that I had to go clean my toddler up because I didn't want to bring him in covered in vomit and she just let it go. However, the other lady got in my face when I walked outside and started calling me irresponsible and saying that I left my mess for her to clean and then walked off as I tried to explain to her what happened. I understand your frustration behind having to do your job, but that is extremely bad customer service. It's disrespectful and rude, especially when I was nothing short of polite the entire time I was there. Even the times she pushed past me without saying excuse while trying to load my washer. I don't know if she felt comfortable talking to me that way because I'm young or what, but it was very rude. I never raised my voice at her, or cussed, or anything like that. And I don't appreciate being called irresponsible when I'm simply trying to look out for everyone. If she would have preferred that we waited in the building and my kid threw up everywhere so that she'd have more mess to clean, I could have done that. Not to mention, she wasn't wearing a mask. Anyway, I'll never go back here. Which sucks because this was always one of my favorite wash houses. read more
