I dropped off 9 pants for alterations and they gave me a pickup date of 2 weeks out which was already very long , they said pickup thursday at 420pm i call and ask on thursday and they said its not ready and claimed that "the lady who alters the pants had their car breakdown" and then i came in person again on friday at 12pm thinking ill definitely have my pants befofe i head out of town for weekend and they gave me same excuse . The worker told me to call at 6 pm to speak directly to owner and i called at 6pm and nobody picked up. Now im out of town and dont have my pants and cant pick them up until monday when im back. We have used their services a few times. They are always friendly and our items have been ready in a timely manner. The last time I visited a brought a few clothes, 2 of which had have stains on them. They were able to get the stains out and the items looked brand new! read more

Dropped 3 jackets for cleaning and when i picked up one was damaged. Looked like it was heat pressed or washed with wrong chemicals as some sections had trim pieces peeling. The other two jackets looked as if they never wear cleaned. Cleaners claimed they called but no voice message were left. They claimed they didn't touch the damaged jacket but I was charged. I would have more respect if they told the truth and apologize instead of playing like they didn't do anything like a toddler. I don't recommended it.0 star read more

They've ruined several of my clothing items as they use staples to attach the tags...the staples poke holes in the garments and sometimes are dry cleaned with the garment causing rust stains...the garments are revived with rust stains and holes in very noticeable places...they also break your buttons too...the quality here has gone down, which is crazy considering their prices read more

Excellent dry cleaner. Good service and the attention to detail is impeccable. Price-point seems fair for how good the cleaning was performed. My dress shirts were given back to me in basically new condition with no traces at all of any stains or marks. Can't recommend enough and I drive well out of my way to go here when there is another dry cleaner 5 minutes from my house. This place is worth the drive. read more

The original owners have taken back over and brought back the great service they gave before.I had used them for years and am so glad they are back. I brought in my son's scout shirt today and needed a patch sown on asap as I had waited until the last minute before we left for camp. The owner told me Friday it would be done which was still in time for our trip. 20 minutes later she called me and said she had taken care of the patch and I could pick it up now! WOW! Decided to try these guys for my business shirts because I got tired of my shirts being ruined by the cleaners near my house. It's been about six months now and I'm happy to say that not one button has been broken or collar split. There are cheaper places to go if you don't mind getting back shirts with missing or broken buttons or split from being pulled too hard when being pressed. Nice people too. read more

I brought in a jacket to have the sleeves tailored after having them recommended to me by someone who had some of their clothing tailored. The owner(s) were very nice and pleasant to deal with. The cost of the tailoring was very cheap, but I certainly got what I paid for. The sleeves were shortened to a satisfactory length, but the lining inside the jacket was stitched/glued to an actual point and does not lay flat. It's extremely uncomfortable and pokes into my arm up to the elbow. I actually wore this jacket more when it fit badly as I haven't worn it since picking it up. I'd heard they did good work on tailoring pants, but I certainly would never bring a lined jacket here again. read more

Service has greatly declined since the new owners took over recently. I brought my lab coats to be dry cleaned. When I picked them up, they still had stains on them. The areas around the button holes still had visible dirt and there were still ink stains. When I pointed them out to the employee working the counter she said she would have to ask somebody what happened. I thought she would offer to launder them over, but that didn't happen. Just looked at me blankly. It was obvious there was no one else in the store with her to ask anything. These stains were always removed in the past. It's unfortunate because this location was extremely convenient for me and i have been using them for years. Looks like I'll be finding a new dry cleaner. read more

First Craig and Evelyn are back!!! I have been going here since they opened- however, the owners sold it to someone else and while he was running the place I wouldn't go in there- they did a horrible job. But he is gone and the original owners Craig and Evelyn are back and I am really happy, they do a great job not only with cleaning but I have had a number of items that needed seamstress work and its always just what I ask for. My very first experience with this cleaners was extremely poor. Dropped off 5 shirts & requested heavy starch for $16! I would only pay that premium for same day service. My shirts were returned cleaned & pressed but had zero starch on them. I would not recommend using this Establishment as their service & customer care are not up to par. read more

Rude, mean, expensive and Ruined my clothes. Don't recommend to anybody. Do yourself a favor and do whatever it takes to AVOID this place! I gave them my clothes to wash (which were white) and they came back to me pink! Not the cute pink the ugly pink. How people can be so awful at their jobs idk, but they were. I would rather soak my clothes in bleach than send them here. Also they use strongly scented products. The level of scent is such that I can't get it out.  Please be careful if you have allergies and use them, they make promises that they don't respect. STAY AWAY! read more

I have not been to Lathrop cleaners since June of 2014. I was not happy with the service of the owners who took it over from Craig and Evelyn! I walked in today May 4 2015 and to my surprise Evelyn helped me I was shocked to see her, THEY ARE BACK AND OWN IT AGAIN!!! I can't tell you how happy I am.
