Now the man was telling me lies and said that they called me on Monday(April 20) to pick it up at 2pm. I had a flight at 7pm and when I came in they are closed for a wedding, I worked the night before and had lack of sleep and I wake up just to claim the items at 2pm because I had to catch a flight at 7pm at SFO. Now they said it was my fault because of their miscommunication between those two. He said he tried to call me on Monday but never received a call. Total liars and wicked business. Never again. Please stay away. I don't really give bad and negative reviews but this one is an exception.

Although I am not giving it a 5 star rating, I feel like I will definitely come back here. The place isn't very big, but the machines look pretty new and like they work. There are two really strange-looking alienlike ones (see photo) but also 4 very large ones (28 quarters) and a lot of smaller -to-mid-sized ones for roughly $2.50-$4 a load. There are plenty of dryers for $.25/6 minutes. Cons: there is no restroom FYI and minimal counter space for folding. Also, there are only 4 seats for waiting so I can imagine people standing around a lot if it got busy. Luckily when I got here around 2 PM on a Saturday, it was relatively empty and no screaming kids running around. At the time of writing this, I just checked the status of the dryer after minute 7. I put one load of bedsheets and bath towels in for 18 minutes, and although I've got 7 minutes left, I feel like everything will be thoroughly dry by the end. I'm impressed. I've been to laundromats where the washers work and the dryers suck, so you end up spending your money on that or line-drying at home. Not here. Yay!

Two weeks later, our new washer has yet to arrive so I came early hoping to avoid crowds. I expected dirt and age, because this shopping center has been around since at least the early 90s, but it's beyond my expectations! Only customer here as soon as it opens and it doesn't seem like they cleaned from the night before. Trash on dirty floor and just dusty. I put my small load in anyway. When I went to wash my hands at the sink after it was FULL of large roaches!!! So disgusting! It's a shame that this is the only option in town and I feel bad for anyone who has no other choice to travel further for another laundromat. If you can, do so.
