Both of the times I have visited my masseuse were ladies. The last visit her name was Boung and she did an amazing job. They do offer you some Polo shorts to change into. My massage started with her asking me where my troubled areas were so she knew where to focus she also asked to gauge my level of tolerance whether I would want deep or not. Me knowing I had a ton of knots I didn't want to go with the deep. She focused on the areas I mentioned trying to loosen the knots then she goes back in with oil and then eventually walks on your back to get a deeper reach. I also enjoyed when she help stretch me it felt like I was at my chiropractor. If you don't want someone's feet or elbows to rub against your body then I'm not sure the thai massage is for you but if you are in need of extra focus on the troubled spot try them out.

I've done both a table massage and the one where you leave your clothes on and you get seated in a room with others in this big chair that reclines back. Both were really good, but I prefer the table massage and undressing since I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and lower back. Everyone is always super nice, but don't expect any luxurious spa experience. The place is clean and they get you in and out!
