Despite following these instructions, the service never produced the expected outcome. Additionally, the provider did not offer to correct the issue or redo the service at no cost. Instead, I was instructed to cancel the dispute and rebook, which would require paying an additional $350. I do not believe it is reasonable to pay again for a service that failed to deliver the promised results.
