I get there at the scheduled appt time. She (turned out to be Mimi again) asks if I have an appt I say yes 1:30 for a sinus massage. She says okay $50. I've always paid for a massage after services but whatever. I undress, lay on the table, she comes in asking "back and body"? No, I said sinus but you can also do neck and shoulders . She does neck and shoulders about(with no lotion or anything) 15min then tells me to turn over. Asks me again what I asked for, I repeat sinus. She starts patting my face clearly not knowing what the hell. I ask, do you know what a sinus massage is? She replies "no, I no speaky english". I said no mam in 2022 we are not doing that. The wax service is where I had a different experience. I'm used to getting waxed regularly and haven't had issues in the past. I booked a Brazilian wax, and while the technician was nice, the service didn't go well for me personally. She went over the same areas multiple times, and it got to the point where my skin became very irritated. In one area, the wax caused my skin to lift and I did bleed, which has never happened to me before. She mentioned I may be sensitive, which I understand, but even so, I've never experienced that level of irritation or skin being pulled before. I also still had patches of hair left afterward, so I didn't feel the service was fully completed the way I expected. She did discount $10 from the service, but I still left feeling like the experience wasn't what I paid for or expected. The place itself is nice and the staff were polite, and I don't want this to come off as bashing anyone. I'm just sharing my personal experience so others are aware. Overall, I would return for the massage, but I personally would not get the waxing service again.

Summer was so determined to get my neck and shoulders into some sort of respectable state. At some point she got up on the table and put me in this weird chokehold like position so she could dig her elbows into my neck. I realize this probably doesn't sound great but my neck needed it so bad. Now I'm definitely sore but I can swivel my neck around so I'm a happy camper. I would continue to go back for sure. A few things to note. I think their website got hacked because now it's some weird casino looking thing. They are still open just fyi. Also, they do take walk ins. They're not the most helpful if you don't know what you want in appearance, but once you're in the room the MT is really sweet and caring.

As luck would have it, I was back in the old neighborhood after a business meeting and decided to give this place another try. I'm so glad I did. The people here are all super friendly, and the rooms are clean and relaxing. Nothing has changed in that respect. Lisa has moved on, but in her place I was introduced to Anna. She referred to herself as tall Anna because, well, she's tall. She's also strong. Like VERY strong. As a 50-something that works out daily, I have some tight spots and some sore spots. With other therapists in the past I would ask for medium pressure and then point out when I needed deeper pressure. They would do their best, but it always seemed like their medium would fade toward light as the session went on and their deep was them putting every bit of weight they could muster into a single spot. This would lead to somewhat irregular pressure, and each visit was different from the previous. Really hit or miss, regardless of the therapist. Not with Anna though. Her medium is a firm, but soothing and consistent amount of pressure and, when she finds a tight spot, she puts just a little bit more into it without breaking cadence. It's a truly relaxing experience. It's going to sound weird, but I'd equate it to driving a car with more than enough power to handle any situation. Where a weaker car has to work as hard as it can to get to and maintain certain speeds, the more powerful car can do it effortlessly and with grace. I've now been back to see Anna four times and each time is just as good as the last. She is the epitome of consistency. It's worth the half hour drive to see her every week. Highly recommended!

I was already inside, chilly outside, so decided to stay. Asked for hard strong massage. Received a nice soft oiling and rubbing.. Nice smelling oil and couple hot stones.. That's was best part. However, my friend had a completely different experience. The woman who did her massage was too rough, and it actually left my friend in pain afterward. What really made things uncomfortable was the situation with tipping. We paid upfront, and when we finished, we thanked them and walked out. As we were heading to our car, the woman who massaged on my friend followed us outside and asked for a tip. I gave her the $10 cash I had, but then she insisted that it should be $20 per person. Since we didn't have more cash, she made us go back inside to leave an additional tip on a card. I understand tipping is appreciated, but it should never feel forced or demanded. This situation felt unprofessional and honestly a bit uncomfortable. I was considering coming back because my massage was good, but after that experience, I won't be returning.
